I poured the plates inside of my flow hood last night when the agar was around 48C/118-120F. I placed the plates back into the sleeve, let solidify overnight, noc'd with a few drops LC, wrapped with parafilm, and set aside.

So much fun! I need to do better though... I didn't work fast enough and lost some agar in the end as it started to gel up in the bottom of my media bottle. I know Bod mentions using a hot water bath, I was dumb and didn't have that ready to go. I ended up pouring 16 plates, and put the other 4 in a zip lock and back into the box with the other plates.

You don't need a hot water bath. Poor warmer, i do.

Gotta take Bod with a grain of salt.

Make sure you read his TEK on how pull paper towel sheets from the roll properly
