From another perspective, I often get contams in plates or subsequent jars, so to account for attrition I do more than necessary plates and jars so I end up with an appropriate amount in the end

Every other clone I’ve taken has been contaminated and the foreign growth has always started and taken over before the clone even had a chance to grow. We’re still really early on here but I am so stoked to see a clone starting growth before any signs of contam are even showing on the plate!

Also took my first T3’s last week!

This clone would be an F1, correct?
