I don't know who you're even referring too?  I support people that want to protest in public regardless of their political ideology, can you state the same sentiment?  Also, giving a fair and balanced assessment of what took place in Charlottesville isn't defending Nazis.

You don’t know who I’m referring to yet you felt compelled to include that little disclaimer . Almost like I could go back through your comments and find that you were defending them or something .

I'm confused too.  Who "voted for O" and then defended "what the Nazis did in Charlottesville 4 years later"?

--------------------
I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

Interesting, 60 million voters are officially "racist" according to your logic. What about the one's the voted for Obama just 4 years prior?

Are the people that gave money to build a border wall pretty stupid?  Yes, but how many people are we referring to there?

Far more than 60 million people are racist, dude.

How exactly do you define power? What makes racism a scary hate crime is when someone is able to be beaten when they do not agree with someone else right?

Are protestors being covered by media who can beat the other side who do not agree with them in the name of non racial policy issues but in actuality most of the policies being fought over are white majority supported policies or black supported policies basically racism?

Let's start off with who's not racist then, it makes it so much easier. Or maybe everybody is racist to some degree and we shouldn't even refer to the term as being derogatory in nature.

It is exactly racism if the topics they are beating each other over are topics 98% of the time represented in racial disputes as representing a race. Putting a black guy on one side or a white guy on the other and claiming the policies have nothing to do with race when the parties are represented by political leaders of militant racial groups like Antifa or Proud Boys is racism. You denying this is happening just means you are unaware. Not that it is not happening.

Antifa believes anyone not supporting social policies geared towards supporting minorities is racist towards whites even if most people attending are white. Proud Boys supporting policies all about Independent caucasion Americans and local citizens and local families who believe no immigrant contributes to the country are racist despite a few black people attending and supporting the party.

The term is considered to be derogatory today, it gets people fired from jobs, it gets them expelled from college, it ruins professional careers. So yes, it's a very serious allegation and label to put on someone's actions.

Calling someone racist is like calling someone ignorant.  Everyone is somewhat racist/ignorant.  No one is 100% racist/ignorant.

You are typically a troll.

If I go beat someone up for being black and use force I am representing authority. Authority is enforced using force. If I beat the black guy up because he says he is a Democrat or beat the white guy up because he says he is a Republican and the issue I am really beating one of these people up over is a policy that represents the benefit of that race then my intent is to be hateful of a race. Its racist. Disguised or not. How many times do I need to say this?

What? Are you being a troll? How would it play out in court if I was white and raped a black girl and said it was because of her rent not being paid, then continued her rent was not paid because she migrated from Africa and was not qualified to work hard enough therefore she could not pay her rent and the policy I support stops Africans who enter without citizenship and cannot work hard enough because they are unqualified enough as a race so if the policy was changed she would not have entered this country and I would not rape her to begin with it is still racist.

If you were a white lawyer and I accused you of being a troll resorting to saying "I do not understand you" when you perfectly understand me and "your ability to sort through subtle yet clear and distinct motives will not slide past the jury just because you do not believe it is politically correct from your point of view" but the truth is I am black and for BLM and know you are a Republican and I do not like rich white people who make a good salary and point out non liberal policies allow too many white legal men in the work force and it these policies I agree with were enacted restricting white people with law degrees from working in my county and claim it has nothing to do with race but that the Democratic policies that BLM support are here to make the country better it does not make it any less racist.

When candidates spend millions and millions and millions of dollars marketing towards these hateful racist political groups knowing they heavily influence the media which heavily influences voter outcome which heavily influences their position of power it is really supporting racism. Possibly indirectly. But by financing total slander of policies supported by another race as bad policies you are supporting racism.

Yes its not like we cannot have a candidate and we cannot have policies but supporting hateful racist groups and gearing every fucking policy towards what they want and how it will outcome their vote for you is supporting racism.

Now if you say you do not understand me again you are being a troll. I am not saying a person can not go out and protest their ideas and say they support policies which benefits the fairness of a race. I am saying people beating people up in the streets over it unchecked un arrested in an authoritarian position because they want their race to win is racism.

If it was not racism why do Proud Boys need to declare how awesome hard working right Americans are in every speech they make about supporting a policy? And why do BLM have to beat other people up? Why defund the police? Why do counter protestors have to say all lives matter? Refund the police? Then beat people up who disagree? Why do candidates bring up how awful a group that beats people up is but only if the group is on the opposite spectrum of the political party? Its called supporting racism to gain a lead.

Now you get it. If you don't I sort of doubt English is your first language.

60 million, 98%, 99.9%, 100% - the perceived extent of racism will depend on the definition we adopt. This discussion is going nowhere because numbers are thrown around without precise reference to what racism is assumed to mean.

In my world the descriptor "racist", in the dictionary meaning, is absolutely derogatory. And for a good reason - anyone who believes that race is the primary determinant of human traits deserves to be derided.

You are arguing with someone who is a lawyer and says everyone is a little bit racist. Would you want a lawyer supporting you who says "everyone thinks about crime a little bit sometimes"
