Followed all your advice yesterday, key points:

1) This is my first set of T3 plates, probably the last because what the fuck is the point after this?
2) This is ridiculous and I blame every one of you.
3) There is some seriously healthy colonization happening.

I wasn't prepared for exponential growth.

I tend to ask my wife who knows nothing about mycology. Which plate do you like (when they are all good).

I throw all my extra plates in compost, then I sprinkle my compost in garden beds. Tends to reliably fruit if you notice the compost is colonized.

I have a shit ton of plates to scrape, bleach and toss. The pile just keeps getting deeper and I keep putting it off 😰

Careless in terms of someone finding what's in your garbage, like a legal precaution? I've never prepped my plates for disposal in any way, but as you pointed out you live in the US and I don't.

We don’t have a garbage truck around here so I just take my trash to one of those compacting machines. I imagine the rotten tomatoes and bagged dogshit would do a good enough job of dissuading most dumpster divers but it’s nice knowing that it’ll be basically beyond recovery just in case anyone was actually brave enough to look through a normal dumpster lol.

Well I remove the code on the PP plates and dump the agar
before garbage can.

Speeking of "don't catch ya slippin", IME the French are the
fastest to wag a finger at the slightest offense. It's like they're eager!
