Re: Reincarnation vs. "we are all one" [Re: Mixomatosis]

> So how do you reconcile statements like "we are all one" with the theory of reincarnation?

My view of reality allows for both to exist.  We live in a dualistic reality where everything is defined by everything else.  We cannot have hot without cold, love without hate, good without evil.  There is no reason that our dualistic reality is the only reality.  In my experience, there is a reality where dualism does not exist;  were everything is one, or the same.  The two realities can and do coexist... at least for me.

we all are one but reincarnating allows us to progress
on the ladder to elightenment. For humans are the highest
manifestations of physical energy.

God is infinity. And only ONE infinity isnt there?
contradictory theory?? you better beleive it!!
everything on the eartly plane is contradictory!!!
(the words one and infinity can be in the same sentence without
contradicting itself)

We have one mind right?? therefore i can only comprehend god
once at a time. God is the infinite mind that comprehends me,
you, everything else in every way at every trillionth of a
microsecond from the beginning of the beginning till the end of
the end which is infinite.

these arent accurate measurements but i am positive are
under estimating god immensely but this will let you know
just how powerful "GOD" is.

lol i have went off topic now.

Any ways to the point we are all creations of god ... and what you
create is a part of you. (some of your thought, your sperm etc)
are these not a part of you???

well were like gods sperm except god is Absolute space INFINITE and we are just a bit of ethereal substance taken off this uncomprehendably
large manifestation. our soul can go into created bodies but
the body will die but we will just go into another body clueless upon our "past"

Tell me what is the PERFECT answer to everything??????

NOTHING...

everything asks nothing why everything exists nothing says nothing,
everything is inspired to find answers but the answer is nothing,
in front of everythings face all along...

okay enough of hearing my insanity...
peace....

Source or basis for this statement?

everyone wants proof now-a-days anyway back to the point...

i dont know if Siddhartha Gautama rings a bell to you
but he is the buddha the created buddhism.

It is beleived that we live 864 million years (approx) thats 94.6 million
(approx) manifestations we go through till we reach nirvana. We start as anemone (uni celled organism)and slowly progress by causing good deeds and time. After reincarnating into other manifestations we then progress to plants, then animals and then we reach human. But that is only half the cosmic journey. We then slowly attain wisdom through making mistakes and such, eventually when we have a reached a state where we avoid extremes on either sides and choose the 'middle' path
this is when our cosmic journey is over.

From all the religions i read Buddhism is my favourite (in my opinion)
and i beleive it with all my heart. Although every religion is leading
to the same place. Not saying buddhisms right or wrong but its what i
agree most with. I think Siddhartha Gautama was one of the most spiritual characters ever to exist.

Remember it is said that we reincarnate 94.6 million times on avg before nirvana.

Those figures for the 'lifetime of the spirit' where aquired from
ancient Indian scriptures (there close dont know if there spot on cause im relying on my memories calculatory abilities remember :P)

Beleive , dont beleive it.
I dont care but i have the gift of free will which includes sharing my opinion.

The beauty of life.... Its all up to YOU!!

Peace...

> We start as anemone (uni celled organism)and slowly progress by causing good deeds and time.

So, exactly how does an anemone do a good dead?  I just got back from diving a few hours ago, and I saw a bunch of them.  All they were doing was hanging out on their little patch of coral, waving their arms around, hoping a small shrimp wanders by as a mid-morning snack?

> Buddhism is my favourite (in my opinion)

Good to know you agree with yourself.

> Although every religion is leading to the same place.

I think the Christians and the Satanists would disagree with you there.

> Remember it is said that we reincarnate 94.6 million times on avg before nirvana.

Remember, just because something is said, doesn't mean it is true.

An anemone is not a single-celled organism, but then we are not big on facts here at S&P, so I guess that is OK.

> So, exactly how does an anemone do a good deed?

well i said their where two factors good karma and TIME
so when they die and reincarnate a few hundred thousan' or so times
they will be worthy of a higher manifested body. Plus uni celled organisms are NEUTRAL does neutral cause any harm to anyone nope,
so they are not actually sinning.

Christians are good people Modern christianity is misguided but 2004 years ago (aprox) Jesus Christ was born, Christianity was based on this man. He is the buddha of christianity.

and satanist's lol , you consider them a religion?
Satanism is just people that want to kill and fester upon our
earthly flesh. bunch of psychopathics they are.

>Remember, just because something is said, doesn't mean it is true.

Remember just because you dont beleive doesnt make it false.
and its not an EXACT figure just an avg attained by the monks
who lived about 5000-10000 years ago.

And swami i dont know the scientific name  but at least
you know i was talking about uni celled organism and isnt that the PURPOSE words where created?.
