You arent supossed to scrub it. I doubt anyone who is circumcised scrubs it. You lather and rinse. If you have dick cheese, you arent doing that.

And when i say "to wash what you can see" thats the general rule when it comes to scrubbing your penis. Thats what i read anyway. I guess you're not supposed to scrub the head of your dick because it makes it desensitized. So i just use water and i pick out anything i miss :shrug:
