Im  not saying it makes it right, I am saying that it makes it different.
I think that if boys in the US were being held down to have their forskin and possibly the head cut off at the ages of 4-8, then it would be just like the African problem (and with out a doubt the American people would not allow it to happen in our country, no matter what sick tradition)

Also, the tradition of circumcision was start to prevent disease and infection.. what they are doing to the girls in africa actually creates it

People do not circumcise boys to prevent pleasure or ensure virginity.

Sorry but I still say that its completely different
