Somfungi, looks good from what I can tell, id still transfer from it: I have reused plates that failed to grow anything first try without issue... breifly eyeball it open before using

NTM, whatever it is,  was already in your house, as it fell on your plate inside your house... if you've no other choice,  id transfer from as far away from it as possible, and make 2 additional transfers from subsequent plates as soon as growth leaps off far enough to avoid the donor sample... this mold has sporelated and will likely show up in at least the next plate: but they still have to germinate, so if you work quickly and cleanly, should bee able to get away from it in few plates... if you've more spores, I'd streak another just in case, watch both cultures in tandem, something will work out and you could potentially save yourself a few days/ a week

I'd fruit, clone the fastest/best looking ones, and isolate from there... no telling what you're isolating without it fruiting first... I fruit MS tubs as genetically variant as possible so I have more to choose from... definitely needs transferred from though... I'd grab the 3 strongest looking ropes to new plates for observation personally
