Need Progress advice with pic

This is my second attempt at shoeboxes. First tubs dried out from too much fae.
1qt rye grain spawn
70g dry coir
30ml vermiculite
1Tbs gypsum

Substrate was simmered with excess water for several hours until pooling water was reduced to less than an inch at the bottom of the pot. Left semi covered to cool overnight. In the morning the spawn and substrate were mixed in the shoebox and gently leveled. Covered with default lid and stored in a dark place.

After a week I started opening up the lid before and after work and misting of surface wasn’t glistening.

Right now I’m unsure of the best direction to take it. If I keep doing this will I get pins? What do I do after I get pins? I tried the grocery bag tek for my fist shoeboxes but I must have done something wrong seeing how it dried up.

Looks like you're getting blobs, either that thing is on the bacterial side or your growing PE?

There were a couple wet grains from mistakingly using alcohol on the needle. I flame them now. In a previous thread I showed pictures of the jars and the consensus was that “if it doesn’t trich out you might get a weak flush or the mycelium will suppress it enough to operate normally.”
If I get 3g dried it will be worth it. If I already had a stockpile of shrooms I would have tossed it.

Bump. Links would be okay too. I figured this would be a quick reply but maybe I’m not being specific enough.
I have tried the grocery bag trick over the box. I messed up the cake.
If I dub tub it, do I shotgun the top half?
How many holes?
What do you use to keep the two boxes together?
Do I keep the regular lid on until pins?
Is my misting with the lid on safe or am I risking over saturation?
If I cased it could I have avoided the need to mist?
