I love the hypnotic suggestion method of unfolding the nonspiritual lyrics, working you up towards an ecstatic experience in repeated re-entruies of progressive suggestion if you identify strongly with it.

I hypnotize myself in sober and psychedelic meditations and hes basically using a textbook induction. :wink:

I'm practicing evocative writing, to see if I can draw people who are so willing in on a wild as poossible emotional rollercoaster ride by picking up the emotional state and taking it places.
A simple purpose, helping people get higher, either sober or when on drugs, and growth & insight.

Islamic Nasheeds do a lot, I love the zest of many of them whicharen't advocating violent or destructive behaviors but instead, intend to heal the wounded and empower the zestful.

Imagine nasheeds, appealing to positive goals, without specific references to theism so anyone can relate to it, and with wholesome purposes and effects. It could be a popular musical style beyond the Arab world. Religious reference tends to put many off, but its not needed in the process of unfoldig a benevolent agenda, benevolence by definition faces the right direction.

I credit carefully chosen Nasheeds as being a big part of my good vibes playlist.

I love Hindu Mantras too, the repetitive sanskrit, very soothing.
I'm cycling the Gayathri Mantra since the 90s, chanting it every now and then, somertimes even on the bicycle with cold rain lashing my face, trying to be inert to the onslaught. Its a mantra said to promote Enlightenment. Whether it helped any I leave for you to judge, I feel it brought me further on that road.
