I guess I should have elaborated. Yes. If he is in fact guilty of the accusation (not charges, because he has not been formally charged of any crime) then he should be punished severely as well. At this time he is still a federal circuit judge. That's not small potatoes. 

Fuck no I dont think his conduct should disqualify him. I personally think he is innocent of this. Her story is too vague. It has way too many holes in it for any jury to actually convict him. Keep in mind he's never been charged with any crime.


If I was wrongfully accused of such a serious crime of sexual assault, then youre goddamn right I would be furious.

What if you were correctly accused, but it was embarrassing for it to happen right as you were up for a new job?  Would you be angry and go on a tirade in front of the senate wherein you cry like a sissy while talking about a calendar and get angry that your victim dared to tell the truth?

If the victim was telling the truth dont you think she would have filed formal charges on him by now? Or was it purely political? Why did she go to her senator instead of the police dept? Coincidentally right before a major election. 36 years later when this alleged assault happened when they were both minors. Makes ya think doesn't it?

Also, where is her evidence? None of her witnesses corroborated her story at all. She has no case.

It was pretty low lower, than obama bush and clinton. 42% depending on where you look. Approval ratings polls non voting polulation as well as those who vote. Splinternews has 58% turnout of eligible voters voted in 2016. Pretty low to me. 42% and won and now at 51% approval. Hes gonna win. Bernie is the most pooular leftist and hes not running. Whos gonna oppose trump please tell me? Pochahontas? Kamala harris? Bloomburg? Who  can appeal to i delendent voters? Who in the democratic party hasnt escortiated white working class โ€œdeplorablesโ€? Thats the problem with democrats they left the working class for racial and sexual identity politics that no normal people give a shit about. They cant run on economic issues when the economy is booming. Yea tax increases will really motivate people to go to the polls cuz meeping more of their own money sucks. :rofl:

Why?  Statute of limitations ran decades ago.  No charges can be brought.  Or are you one of those guys who thinks that 14 year old girls report every sexual assault right away?

Makes me think that she never wanted it to come to light at all, but after seeing that her attempted rapist was about to be made a Supreme Court Justice, she felt that she had to come forward despite not wanting to.

Your first statement answered all my questions. All shes doing now is a smear campaign brought on by Feinstein and the Far left. Theres motives going on behind the scene. Her father has ties to the CIA.

He's already on the second highest court. Why not accuse him when he was being vetted for that position.

This is nothing more than a last ditch effort to block Trump from putting his pick on the SC. It's going to backfire badly.

When Trump is reelected in 20 he will put another one on too. Ruth is on her last leg.

THE Statute of limitations was one year.  Also, the FBI has no jurisdiction in this case.  All you knuckleheads got played by the democrats.
