In all honesty, what does race have to do with this?

So you're OK with the woman hatin' part.

Did you see a black Republican or judge nominee up there?

Yea, me neither.

:kkk: . . . :peace:

Explain to me carefully, what this has to do with race.

Tell me in clear sentences.

Ramirez should describe his penis. Maybe they’ll give him the Michael Jackson treatment.

Welp the FBI is done with the 7th fucking background investigation on Kavanaugh and guess what? SURPRISE

Not a SINGLE person corroborated a single claim Ford made. Every single person she named as a witness refuted or denied her story.
Not her family. Not any of her high school friends. Shit... her BEST FRIEND since the 80s came out and said she didn't even know who Brett Kavanaugh was until recently and said her friend wasn't all right in the head.

Ford changed her story multiple times. She lied about being too scared to fly. She lied about never coaching someone to pass a polygraph.
She made multiple inconsistent statements.  She couldn't even remember who gave her the polygraph a few months ago.
She couldn't remember a single detail of the incident, yet claims she knows with 100% certainty it was Brett.
The prosecutor who questioned her, said it was much weaker than a 'he said she said' case and there wasn't a single reasonable prosecutor who would ever take it to court.
She released a 5 page memo and timeline of events showing how much her story changed, she completed shredded her 'case'
https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4952137/Rachel-Mitchell-s-analysis.pdf

Furthermore, Ford's legal team may be in trouble for withholding facts from her and Diane Feinstein may be as well for releasing the letter when she said she was going to keep it confidential. And how she sat on it for months only to release it on the 11th hour before nomination.

The whole thing stinks to high heaven. Total BS character assassination.

"She had nothing to gain by coming forward... except for pro bono lawyers, and over a million dollars in gofundme campagins.

Swetnick is even more full of shit.

Kavanaugh corroborated her account. His calendar shows a party attended by the individuals Ford claimed were there and his yearbook includes his boasting about a “devils triangle,” which is when two guys share a chick, exactly what Ford says happened to her. Then he lied about the meaning of Devil’s Triangle. Said it was a drinking game. Under oath. He’s a liar. He did it.

Doesn't matter if he is innocent of the allegations or not, he lied multiple times under oath.

This of course should totally disqualify him from being a federal judge.

The only people who can't see that are the barely literate, unemployed, Fox News watching, mouth breathers that voted for Trump.

And whether or not Kavanaugh lied under oath is not debateable.

We know for a fact he did, based on his own writing.

He lied about not knowing whether Bart Kavanaugh was him. He signed a letter as "Bart" from around the same time.

He also admitted in one of the emails that was released that he got so drunk he doesn't remember what happened, yet he claimed during the hearing he had never been that drunk.

There were other obvious lies as well.

The guy is absolutely a liar, and at this point whether or not he is innocent of these assault allegations is totally irrelevant as far as I am concerned.

Kavanaugh is a 100% confirmed liar. We can be 100% positive about that. There is absolutely no doubt or room for debate about that simple fact.

The Republicans like him BECAUSE he is a liar.

Everyone has lied and according to your line of reasoning that makes them an official liar.

Stop being so butt hurt.

it's perfectly fine for you to be dishonorable and/or not hold people in your personal life to account for being dishonest.

that same level of conduct is unacceptable for a SC justice.

Ha, so since everyone lies it’s ok?  Either way, when you lie under oath, that makes you an official liar.  Also, why you saying butt hurt?  There’s no butt hurt in his statement.

They are human as well, they all have been "dishonorable" at one point in the past.

Trump lies every hour of everyday, he's still likely to get elected again.
