It doesn't have to be about cosmology.
I think negative entropy is also a way to describe the formation of our meanings through synchronicity.

well then you want to play with daniel winter who has one of the strongest negentropy theories based on Phi (the golden mean) and phase conjugate compression and vibrational synchronicity for the creation and sustenance of matter and life and consciousness and the soul.

However, without an actual definition of entropy in physics, negentropy is a confusing term.

What we call disorder(chaos) and order are subjective in nature, we don't actually know or perceive any of nature to be disordered or chaotic.

Self organizing does not necessarily mean negative entropy or a movement toward order.  What we see as disorder is much a part of the self organizing system as what we see as order.

Speculative mathematics has really confused everyone and injected really weird terminology and concepts into our minds.  It is like allowing fundamentalist apologists get their hands on any kind of religious or spiritual philosophy, they turn it into nonsense and they put a lot of passion behind it.  Speculative mathematics is just scientistic apologetics and the accompanying defenses of the theories are not much different from apologetic polemics.

Eileen Day McKusick's work is even more amazing in many ways.  She has experimentally found how memories are stored in the energy field around the body.

her book is a fascinating read.
