This is a common argument.  It might even be true.  Of course we won't know unless Agribusiness starts paying at least minimum wage for the jobs that they hire migrants to do.  One thing is sure, americans are not going to pick berries for less than minimum wage.  The other problem with this, is that it assumes that migrants are too stupid to realize that they can walk across the road to Mickey D's and get a raise.  I assure you, they are not.
