Government Psychokinesis/Telekinesis experiments - How did they teach it?

With growing interest in the connection between conscious and reality, and with these confirmed government tests, alongside my goals to master mind-body-soul, I have to ask

Does anyone have info on these government tests? I don't even know what to research - my terms are too broad. How did these participants learn to bend forks with their mind? How can I try to learn it on my own?

I seek answers - I will believe it is possible until I prove to myself that it is not. I begin in belief so that I can know for sure.

Ive actually gotten to the point where I can now slightly make patterns shift when Im sober

Ive done expand-contrast
spinning it
making waterfalls of the patterns - this one was AMAZING when I did it. I have a spackle ceiling, and it turned into rows of spackle, and then in every other row the sparkly started shooting downwards- like waterfalls. It was SICK

But if its the same mental process, YAY!!!! two in one!

I don't see how it unleashed psychic abilities
It releases the evil spirits and gives your ego "space" however haha

well i used to know a few sites which would let you demonstrate anyone's ability to do some remove viewing techniques.

but it was 10 years ago. a friend of mine did this with me and we were successful, i cant remember why we stopped playing with it, we just did one day. but here is the method.

color copy a bunch of magazine articles. we clipped them and used 100 but it should probably be more.

then get accordion folders. and arrange them so that there is 1 in each slot.

then use a numbering system and a random number generator to determine 2 advertisements.

have some third person put those 2 in 2 seperate envelopes you cant see into (and that is big enough so that the pages arent folded) mark one envelope A and one B

together you and the reader decide what you are going to predict (say the outcome of a game between the boston and chicago)

without you knowing the reader writes down which team is A and which team is B. at the absolute conclusion of the test (game is over) the reader will be shown the picture in the folder marked for the winning team. the reader will NEVER be shown the picture in the envelope marked for the losing team.

now the reader goes and attempts to draw things about the advert that he will later see.

once he is done drawing. you take both adverts out, and determine which one YOU believe is closer to the drawing that the reader made.

you write down A or B based on which one you believe is closer.

this is your prediction.

then you wait for the outcome of the game.

at this time the reader says if A or B won, and is shown the advertisement in the packet which corresponds to the winning team.

and you show what the prediction was.

if the outcome is the same as the prediction this is scored as a win.

it is important for training that the reader never sees the advertisement in the packet of the losing team.

at the conclusion of the test both advertisements are destroyed.

well im not saying it wasnt bullshit but we did end up right more than wrong. it was 85% at one point but then we went back down to like 78% after that.

it could be bullshit, but it was fun.

I have other things to toil in that are tangible.

An old poster with the name OrgoneConclusion used to post here often regarding topics like this.  I never was into this stuff to begin with but followed the arguments and his way of thought is much, much more appropriate than those that are for this type of stuff.  There's a reason this stuff has never been proven.  I believe weird shit happens but I do not believe you can train yourself in this avenue of experience.
