That's weird... same thing here.

I'm getting massive protein cravings. Milk, eggs, steak all the time.

My bloodwork is fine and so is my cholesterol/BP but some reason I'm all over protein these days.

I had some corticosteroid injections and those had me eating 12+ eggs a day with meat, then it got really insane when I had to get real steroids for muscle atrophy.

I've "leveled" out but it's still a very, very large amount of steak last few months. Gallon of milk every few days.

Triamcinalone was one of the corticosteroids, it also made me sick as hell and felt like benzos/opiates weren't working. My sweat smelled different, I had marble-size lumps at the injection sites, just some nasty nasty side effects.

But I dunno, eggs and meat are easy and cheap out here... I'm also easy and cheap. So that's more likely it.

I'm just a generally giant man anyhow, not like I'm 5'1 and 130, so everything takes a bit more anyway.

You don't need a machine, just buy a pack of steaks that are vacuum sealed, bring a pot of water up to temperature then maintain that temperature in a low oven. All you really need is a good thermometer

I don't always cook steak this way but it is well worth it
