Your argument really seems to me to boil down to a belief that it's wrong to kill other animals, and thats fine, but you can't really expect other people to accept your objective perspective.

Life feeds on life, the universe progresses through a continuous cycle of creation and destruction.

Yes almost all homo sapien teeth still have a small mark that we got from our cousins...the last remaining tatoo so to say of our omnivorism.

Dont try to pull any of the circle of life shit...I understand the circle of goddamn life.

Why are you so hostile?

EDIT: and everyone doesn't have shovel teeth, they're actually pretty rare.

Semi sharp teeth on the top row is pretty common...

Why do you keep asking that question? People in this thread have made me semi hostile yes...

But Ive never expressed genuine hostility towards you until you gave me a 0, and that was once :pipesmoke:

not in herbivores, it's almost non existent, equines have broad flat teeth,
just like molars one the top in the front, ruminants have no upper teeth

I was talking about in humans...Herbivores obviously haven't gone through the evolutionary process that would give them any sharp teeth.

that could change in a million years but currently, we're meat eaters with a little forage in our diets

I would say plant eaters with a little meat on the side...I think that is literally the accurate way to look at what your diet should be...

Most people wayyy over eat meat...meat intake should not go over you plant intake...

People eat more processed foods than anything...snack cakes, cookies, n shit...now THAT is unhealthy. People that only eat meat are actually probably more healthy than people who only eat plants.

Owsley Stanley (the grateful dead's underground LSD chemist) actually came up with an all-meat diet.

Quote:
"Stanley believes that the natural human diet is a totally carnivorous one, thus making it a no-carbohydrate diet, and that all vegetables are toxic.[6] He claims to have eaten almost nothing but meat, eggs, butter and cheese since 1959 and that he believes his body has not aged as much as the bodies of those who eat a more "normal" diet. He is convinced that insulin, released by the pancreas when carbohydrates are ingested, is the cause of much damage to human tissue and that diabetes mellitus is caused by the ingestion of carbohydrates."

Whether his beliefs are true or not I dunno, but here is one hippie who repelled from the rest, so to speak, lol.

I went nearly 20 years on a dominantly meat diet, not the atkins shit,
I was just eating what I wanted, in fact the few veggies I had at that
point was the ones the put in the mixed drinks

Yeah I'm pretty fixed on meat myself. I do have a few servings of veggies and grain n shit every day for the added energy though, I found that the pro-protein diet makes me somewhat lethargic...or I'm just lazy after a good filling, I dunno. Plus I got a pretty decently sized garden that just cannot go to waste.

nono...

Plants provide everything from vitamins to medicine...The human body most definetely can run well of plants if not better seeing the wide range of nutrients that can be gotten from plants...

Also plants have many properties that cleanse your body...

In fact if you want to natural detox you have to eat a lot of nutritious plants...

Can a person that mostly eats meat be healthy? Sure...

But in no way does it have the potential to exceed the range of health benefits of a vegetarian diet.

BTW lol at Standley...what a joke

bullshit, while plants may provide medicine and vitamins I never had a need
for medicines when I ate exclusively meat, so what's healthier a diet of
plants that requires you to supplement your health with more plants or a
diet of meat where the medicine isnt needed

what's really interesting is that since I started cutting back on meat
several years ago and adding veggies to my diet I gained 50lbs and
instead of eating only once a day I eat 3 times a day and now have a few
gastric issues I didnt have with meat alone

Yes a lot of meat is lean and will not get you that fat...You have to be careful as some people cannot take as many carbohydrates as others...

Its definitely not bullshit though...

What's the point of this thread?

I doubt people are going to suddenly switch their diets based on poorly backed pro-veggie arguments.

Besides, this thread has been done hundreds of times before, just use the search feature....

meThinks we are just feeding the troll "Team America". That's even a troll sounding name.
