Damn right the word 'God' confuses me--not one person has the exact same definition of the term, and that's my point. :nut:

but we've gone over this already. it's beyond conceptualization. in a way i guess i can describe it as the environment is intelligence. we, as well as everything else, comes out of the environment. if you're perceptive, and remove certain sensory filters, you can see that the the environment is intelligence (not intelligent, it IS intelligence) and it does things to reassure you of this. everything else; spirts, souls, people, planets, animals, em waves, matter, and a lot more that we don't know about are just products of this vast intelligence. i like to call it nature, but that might confuse you too. this is what i've gathered from my experiences. and what i've learned from philosophy and certain religious texts makes me believe that i'm most likely right about my understanding. though, as a persona after truth, i have to consider the alternative. i might just be insane. but i don't think this is likely as i am a fully functioning member of society, am able to maintain my relationships, and am able to perform academically in particularly difficult areas of study.

but what was the point of this? i'm not going to change your mind or anyone elses, it's not something you can do with words. and you have to be perceptive. what do you think leary, mckenna, huxely, etc were talking about?
