Thats true, but with all the health food fad guru's saying that anxiety is caused by poor diet we kinda expect the latest 'correct' diet to releive us of the anxiety

I just like it when eating good food stops me craving the bad food, as then theres no resistance involved in stopping eating bad food, i just naturally stop cause my bodys getting what it needs

LSD really motivates me to eat healthy.  Does anyone else get this effect?

I get this from almost any entheogen except marijuana.  Left up to the devices of Maryjane, I'd be content snarfing down Big Macs and super sized fries until the cows come home.

Yeah, same.  LSD just seems to have the most profound effect.  After a good trip anything nasty makes me cringe.  But after say, a mushroom trip, I could scarf down a couple big macs no prob.

bradley, that's something you've tried?

sure, loose leaf tea is delicious. have you tried it?

i got a sampler package from adagio teas. loose leaf is supposedly healthier than bags, which isn't surprising since its fresher and less processed.

the combination of mild stimulation and relaxation from theanine seems suited to thinking clearly

by ingest i meant drink infusions of,
which is a form of ingestion. but i sometimes nibble on the tea leaves after i finish the pot. some aren't bad. it really would be best to use them in recipes instead of throwing away/composting.

i haven't tried it, but let me google that for you.

composting still wastes energy, all the heat just goes into the atmosphere. (which is a miniscule point, but a point nonetheless)

I get this from psychedelics in general.

In fact, the first time I ever took mushrooms it's almost like there was an on/off switch in my head for Healthiness that was turned "on." It wiped away my inclination for unhealthy foods like an acloholic's alcoholism being wiped clean in one fell swoop. Ever since then I'm almost obsessive-compulsive about eating healthy and exercise.

And I've never been happier. Go figure. :dancingshroom:

you could say the same thing about letting carbon from fossil fuels rise into the atmosphere. your foot's already in the door; it is too late to say, hey, let nature take its course. not that composting leaves has much of an effect on c02, but its the same line of thought.
