Techniques on switching our mental projection

I want to hear any techniques in handling our mental projections and influencing our emotions, to a more workable and prferable place?


The best one i have encountered, is to forgoe any conversation with the brain and to attack the source of all the babbling that can drown and subdue us into a pool of resentement.

What i mean is - instead of arguing with the mind, like we do in this forum with one another, USE the mind, by focusing its attention into a different source point belief.

A source point belief would be an idea about our nature, or what it is to be human - possibly even the nature of emotion?

Things that just ARE and the WHY's to them are still uncertain...ie. I know my thought will effect my emotions. Or I know my reality is not fixed and can be fluxed up.

I find i get an unbearable amount of info any other way, from the mind. Questions especially, even after answereing them, like we express here, just KEEP coming and its best just to focus on what MAKES the question, seem to the MIND to be unquestionable. IE/ the mind may ask you, who was wrong in that situaion me or her?

OVER and OVER and OVER. The problem is that we can answere the mind, and most of the time for me it is futile. It is best to focus on what makes the question stop arising - ie. The relationship between two people decides the experience. This dissolves the question back into the endless sea of imagination for this life.

Some other points that are worth mentioning are; see that to focus on that 'thing' to go away, such as a fear and the power it gives individuals over emotions, is to notice that it has minfested because of thoughts that are programmed to be focused on and simply focus on another thought, instead on focusing on "IS the fear gone?"

questions like these invite the emotion back into reality, because in order for you to believe the fear can return you must focus on the 'reasons' why it can manifest itself, which can only be changed by focusing away from the cultural myths that create them.

ADD please, i need help here and i assume i am missing some knowledge.

The mind is a creative tool. It searches to protect you, through message sensations(feelings). It is no different than a computer, you need to make sure its anti-virus program is in check and that it doesnt have a script that limits your experience, because of to much precaution.

And remember the computer does not appear to respond to words of anger and frustration - just give it input, in the form of new meanings that you know to be true and its messages to you and the limits it lays out for you, will change.

Guilt is an outcome of believing you are the cause of the problems.

Yet, we are not a cause to something, we see is negative or bad - Unless you believe your intentions are directed towards a bad outcome....

Within the idea that our thoughts cannot be caused by us in any way, but simply from beliefs(things that we work around...such as pleasure and pain, things that just seem to be that way) comes a crucial understanding about the nature of thought, because it fertilizes the soil where we plant our seeds of truth that go beyond cultural upbringing.

Once this fertilization takes place, our efficiency in redirecting our thought patterns and thus our emotions and eventually actions, will be enhanced multi-fold.

ironically, it is within our conditioning itself, to believe we are the bearers and causerse of our thought, when in retrospect thought does not begin it is simply directed, like an beatuful river, and can thus only be redirected once again...

With this, the futility of all our efforts to argue with our mind shatters and what is left is pure energetic creativity to be used, for us in our experience because we can step back from our current thought patter, and begin focusing a redirection of the flow through which we experience.
