 Meditation, Chakras, Astral Projection

for awhile now ive had an interest in astral projection, but ive never really been able to master the meditation involved, ive always been able to get to a trance state, but nothing more would happen after that, i could work on my chakras, and sometimes after doing chakra work i would feel crazy vibes flowing through my body.... amazing
I know there are meditation experts out there who wanna give me meditation/chakra tips and what not?
i really want to get deeper into this stuff, its like a whole new aspect of health, that me and everyone i know in my life doesnt know about, its so weird...

theres several ways to astral project. one way is through a lucid dream. if you know how to lucid dream some say you just have to simply think about leaving your body while astrally projecting. another method is imagining a diff copy of yourself above you attached by a silver chord (your astral chord) and imagine your body full of glowing energy. then transfer it all to the second copy of you. eventually transfer your conciousness. its very hard to explain with words exactly how to do this but there is sites with several techniques and they do a much better job than me explaining. just use www.google.com and search for some techniques. some advice i can give you is if you start hearing humming like bees dont panic or freak out.....stay perfectly focused its normal. its the first stage of projecting. secondly if you feel vibrations DEFFINATLEY do not start freaking out...youre even closer. i remb once while i was on salvia i started vibrating and i started freaking out and all of a sudden the vibrations went away. i soon realized that was the closest ive ever got to projecting. anyways gl on your astral voyages ;-)

Take emex's advice and do a search on google for astral projection, you will find plenty of informative sites.

The best advice I can give for preparing for astral projection is that it takes patience. You probably wont get it on your first couple tries, keep trying. For some people it takes weeks or even months of practice before they even get to the vibration stage. Don't give up. When attempting projection, stare at the back of your eyelids like you are waiting for a movie to start...no expectations of what is going to happen, just a constant state of readiness and anticipation.
Some techniques that have proved useful for me:
~ Imagine yourself rocking to the left and to the right, like you are in a ship. This can help trigger the vibrations
~ Concentrate on rhythmic breathing
~ Keep track of your dreams.. keep a pen and paper by the bed and write them down as soon as wake up every morning. Get into the habit. Write them down even if you only remember a fragment.
Astral projection is an art, and takes practice to perfect like anything. There are many ways to go about doing it but you must always direct love towards your physical self. Do some reading on it and you will learn a lot. Good luck.

something else i wanted to add is astral projection is very common throughout history. theres several examples of in the bible and other religious writings. some even say jesus projected while he was dead in the cave. anyways i just thought that was interesting...i had a site that had a bunch of examples of it throughout history.

Thanks for the tips guys, it seems like everyone has a slightly different favorite method for projecting, its like its different for everyone, i guess i can only find out by trying them all.
