    #7944243 -

Ammm yeah, i was just wondering what shroomery audience knows about demons?

What do u know about beings bible calls demons, spill the beans

I'll start the discussion with telling you that 2 highest ranking "demons" - satan and "the one not to be named" are both humans. That is theyre both from another worlds and planets yet theyre human beings.

There are many classes of demonic type of beings: 12 like the bible says.

I will tell u more if your interested

Most defiantly am I interested. If it okay I'd like to share some back story. When I was a kid I could always see things that weren't there, I'd see people and animals with more color around them, plants would give off a radiance, and at night I would see apocalyptic images and skulls flying through the air at ma and around the room. In about 2001 I wished and hoped that I could have the energy and inner strength to get the things I wanted and where I wanted to be. I prayed as hard as I could, probably more and more before I finally became paralyzed in my bed. Voices in my head that weren't of the shining light we search for.
I felt possessed with a new driving force in my life. It was good for a long time, but in 2005 I almost died from a blood clot in my brain. I slowly recovered, but ever since, I've been able at times, to talk (mentally) to a force that has me believing in myself and that what I did was wrong. Did I work a deal with a devil? Did I almost end my life because of unseen forces? Or will this never be finalized?

If anyone of you read Robert Anton Wilsons "Illuminatus Trilogy" then you probably heard of "The one not to be named". He is satans right hand. The reaosn they call him that is becuase he got a monad, a TALENT if you will, that if u call him a NAME (and he doesnt like u much) he can kill you at a distance. So, dont call him names!

RA.Wilson in his book also talks about beings called lloigor. Lloigor = what the bible calls demons. Basicly another name for them. Read Illuminatus Trilogy, theres tons of info there

U probably encountered some kind of astral entity. Beside demons there are thousands of astral type entities out there. Encounters with demons are pretty rare

So how would you call them ?
I think it has something to do with archetypes.
For every angel, there's at least one demon to keep the balance

So it really could've happened and I'm not alone? I've had almost crippling attacks on my ego when specific dates roll around. Does that mean the astral entity is still watching? Will I ever have a clean slate or can I expect to have another attack? I don't mean to ask open ended questions like this, but I'm pretty anxious about something of such significance.

Re: Demons [Re: Icelander]

I think you'd be able to rest easy if you gave up the idea of some outside demonic force attacking your ego. You are your ego, ego is everything. Ego is point of view. A demon can't attack your point of view because that demon exists as your viewpoint - as Icelander said, it's a mentally projected personified fear.

I used to have night terrors where the same "demons" would attack me in my dreams every night. However, now I realize (thanks to P&S actually) that these demons were a product of my own mind. So asking the question "is it still watching me?" is meaningless because it isn't separate from you.

Who knows though, maybe you are different. I've always been sensitive to things like astral projection and lucid dreaming but I've never knowingly encountered something separate from me in the astral world in my everyday life, aside from when I'm asleep.

Honestly the thing you talk about being possessed sounds like a psychotic break to me.

No one can take away the experiences we have in our lifetime, and almost everything we do affects who we are. I can't change how I felt, what I feel happened. Something completely outside myself, using my own voice in my mind, asked me if I learned anything on the anniversary of my almost death. As each year goes by, I know I ask myself what could've happened. But I USED TO live each day wondering why I was still here, why didn't I just die on the side of the road where the emt's found me. Wondering how not 2 days later, a friend dies of the same fate. She died of the same thing that if I wasn't prepared for(I WAS a full time martial artist, and was an armature body builder) I would've shared the same fate.
But I didn't, and now I have a gift I KNOW I didn't have before. I was alone at work one night when I could only stand still, I closed my eyes and began to cry. A voice didn't speak in my mind, but I could here it and I took a knee, I responded that I need to continue, that I've learned from this. A second non-speaking voice was also there, and I know I felt it. If I'm lying, then I'm dying. Has anyone else felt this presence?

'When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops to you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.'
~Genesis 4:12, God speaking to Cain

'One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them. The Lord said to Satan, "Where have you come from?"
Satan answered the Lord, "From roaming through the earth and going back and forth in it."'
~Job 1:6-7

I've been thinking about Cain being Satan, in the Bible, for a short while now. What do you think?

I think God is Satan.

By calling Cain Satan you are calling a whole people (his offspring) Satanic.

As does this site.

That is like calling all your offspring 'Icelanders'. 'Satanic' is also hard to define these days..

"My offspring are Icelander's. All of them."

pfft.. :tongue2: Icelandic or something then (you'd better not be from Iceland). I think you know what my point was.

"=evil. What's hard about that?"

There are self proclaimed Satanists on this board. They don't seem evil to me. In one thread, I think that the point was made that Satanism is 'split up' much the same way as Christianity. Then you have all the crap with the Roman Catholic church. Astronomers, musicians, scientists, etc. They are evil too?

A tangent off this is, those astronomers, musicians and scientists.. are they displaying Luciferian spirit as opposed to Satanic evil? I don't think it is black and white.. but then, what is?

Well I am from Iceland by way of Africa.

I doubt any religious haters would be confused about the meaning of Satanic when it comes to the offspring of Cain.
