I'm surprised by how quick everyone's dropping out.

I think Middleman is somewhat misrepresenting Tantra. You're not literally sending jizz up the spine. You're sending sexual energy up the spine to be used by the higher chakras. If it was a matter of sending jizz up the spine, then Tantra would not work for women, which it obviously does.

It's all true. I'm a medical student. There's a ready-made jizz pipeline that goes from your balls up your spine through your brainstem and straight into the limbic system.
