I've tried it before. The first 4 days are hell, after that you kinda break through.. for like another 4 days lol.

Then shit starts getting more intense and so on.

qft. after about a full week it becomes a real matter of channeling the energy and allowing it to circulate. simple suppression only lasts so long.

I actually think that would be a mistake, for me at least.

You know your doing well in this contest when your boxers/sweats/sheets aren't sticky or crusty and the last drops from your first morning piss are slightly creamy.
