Shroom Law's in the states

I just can't seem to find any laws on shrooms, What do you get if you get caught or how much is too much? Last of all, what do you get if your caught growing ???

Marijuana laws are very harsh, just want to know if shrooms are less harsh, more harsh, or equal.

i know in most states possession misdemeanor like having some bud on you. there are a few i believe that its a felony...intent to distribute i know is a felony....growing im not sure

Here it is nice and simple,you get caught with mushrooms and you get arrested,you get caught selling or growing mushrooms and they will keep you in your cage longer :crankey:

growing is definitely a felony. it's manufacture/cultivation of a schedule 1 narcotic. most likely resulting in prison time, depending on size of grow, previous charges, employment history, and if guns were seized.
