Could leaving shrooms w/dessicant 3+ days hurt?

I'm leaving for vacation. If I leave shrooms 3+ days in a dessicant chamber can it possibly hurt them? thanks

Not as long as the shrooms don't come in contact with the dessicant.

I store mine long term with desiccant.

You can leave the mushies 100 days in the dessicat chamber as long as they dont touch the dessicat. Keeping dried shrooms with a little dessicant is always a good idea, they can only get crisper.

what dessicant you using?

You can keep your booms with the dessicants for as long as you want... but for the type of desiccant you have, I'd go with a safe type like molecular sieve or silica gel. Those are safe desiccants and they can't harm you (as long as you don't eat the desiccant)

I have silica gel and I just put all my fan dried (for 2-12 hours) booms ontop of the silica gel and blame, cracker dry in longest 3 days. usually 1.5 days to get cracker dry.
