I've been on an amazing life train for about 2 weeks. I'm afraid it's going to end

My life has been so good for the last 2 weeks and there are no reasons. I've just been happy. But I'm afraid that I have no control over this because I didn't change that much. I started writing music fairly successfully but I did that BECAUSE I was in such a good mood. My perception of life changes so fast and so often that I'm now scared that this amazing good streak can't last and it's going to kill me if it ends.

what goes up must come down in the end, its a law in physics and emotion as well.
many people go numb trying to stay constant in one mood, and they do it well.
if and when you do comem down, be confident in the fact that you will go back up again, its the nature of life.
check out this site and put in your birthday and see if it has any relevance, it computes what are called your bio rhythims. interesting stuff...

oddly enough it seems to be right more than wrong for me atleast

Wow, that site is neat.. Apparently I'm at the bottom for everything today, and it sure feels like it
Zippoz is right, man, everything comes and goes in waves - stagnation in one mood isn't a good thing, even if you feel happy every second of it. You'll not be allowing your mind to grow and expand in such a situation, which is very unhealthy. This happens to me all the time - I'll be riding a wave of greatness only to have it plant me face-first into a brick wall. It sucks, sometimes it really sucks, but you have to take the bad with the good in order to grow and be a complete person, imo.
Just gotta ramble on, sing my song...

Man I hate that feeling. You just know you're too happy and it won't last. Shit at least you got two weeks of it, you shouldn't complain. Just know that like everything else, it'll change eventually. Everything in nature is constantly changing. We as humans seem to forget this as we strive for everything to be constant and consistent in our world.

Yeah I realize this stuff is temporary but I've been on a low for a long time now. Feeling good was so refreshing.

the sweet is never as sweet without the sour. my advice is just let it go how it goes, and if you come down again, then the next time your up, itll be all that much better.

hey, hope you can read this post freddurgan but here it goes
By clinging to what is impermanent we bring suffering down upon ourselves.
that is in fact your signature
now think about that in your situation, you are clinging to something that is not permanent and for this reason you are suffering
you have to realize to let go of the bad AND the good, not just be selfish and rid yourself of one
dont hold on to the good times and dont push away the bad times, just exist and let it happen
easier said than done i know, but you gotta work at it every day

That scale go nowhere near high enough for a manic phase or a phase of elation. But I'll check it for a while to see how it compares to my mood. Hope my mood doesn't go comforming to it's predictions instead of vice versa

Cast out your self-limiting beliefs. Live in the moment, dude. That's all you have to do. If a thought or feeling of fear arises in you that you're going to lose your joy, cast it out. Counter it with something positive. If you feed energy and thoughts into the fear, that's what will expand.
Most importantly, make choices that reflect love and concern for yourself and your well-being. If your choices and actions aren't honoring you, that's what you should change. One's that's in place, nothing can go wrong.
