Never heard of that. I would like to know more. What are your symptoms? Are they phsyical or mostly mental?

nice painting.
go slow with your sensitivity.
BTW
everything makes me sick
&
I have died thousands of times
no need to bother about it at all
just be gentle and dignified in what you do
and try not to spill your food on your shirt.
anyway
you don't need to bother with kundalini
if you are at this point.

I agree with redgreenvines. You are very sensitive and must learn to be strong.

I am thinking about you. You are not alone.

First step, face your fear. It's ok to die. It's ok to be scared. Everything is ok. Do you meditate? If you don't know how I can give you some simple instructions that should be powerful for you. Don't think of yourself as diseased, that idea contributes to you being powerless, which you are not! You are an amazing creature and your situation is a blessing, even if you can't see it like that.

I'm going to read your link now. I would to talk with you more. I have personal experience to share with you that may be helpful. Can you tell me more about yourself?

Tell me about your family. Tell me about things you love. Anything you want. Also, send me a PM if you feel it's more appropriate. I have found these forums to be less than 100% supportive and understanding in situations with this depth of awarness, meaning your depth of awareness.

if you have a doctor giving you meds
you need to tell them about your head aches
they will either switch medications, or give you asprin or migraine relievers.

also, you don't need the rainforest to become one with the spirit, you can do that in your own bedroom.

chill

slow down

The more you read that stuff the more you believe it. The best thing you can do is figure it out on your own. I wouldn't take this too seriously. One thing I remember reading in the don Juan books is the best thing you can do is laugh sometimes. While I find much of his teachings do hold some valuable truths, there are some things that likely get lost in translation or are purely fantasy.

I wouldn't get caught up in the here say. Relax. Laugh. Not easy but I find some of this shaman stuff to be trying to manipulate reality instead of experience it.

If you've gotten this far I hope you can swim back.

Yes I may be able to help you. It may not seem like much, I'm not a shaman. I do know a thing or two about fear though. When one thinks one may die, intense fear can be the result. Fear amplifies pain and negativity. Right now my guess is that you want to run away from all of this and find your comfort zone. Your old techniques for doing that may have evaporated and you may need to stretch yourself for some new ones.

Your'e in Crisis. The Chinese definition of Crisis is "a dangerous opportunity." (don't forget the opportunity part

You may need to find a way to release some of your fear of death. You may have to move into the fear rather than away from it. Face it and look deeply at it. Exaggerate it if you can. Work yourself totally into your fear further than you thought possible. Remember to breath fully or if you cannot try and be aware of your breath. Any thing that brings up fear you may need to approach rather than run from. If you can stay with this a time may come when you can start to control your breathing to a more full and deeper type. This may be the beginning of a journey that takes you far from the person you thought you knew as you. Someday you may be even grateful for this. You may PM me if you want.

If you don't think this applies then disregard.

Well yes you must face your fear

Don't know what exactly I meant about swimming back. Maybe stay afloat. My advice amounts to:

lighten up

i just don't want to lose my love for my family and so many memories i cherish

When you die, you won't fear. Why fear now when it only gets in the way of what you want to be doing?

If you cherish something, then cherish it. Don't be selfish and decide that you never want to lose that feeling. Just do what you do depending on the circumstances ahead of you. Death is ahead of you. You know that. Accept it. What will you do with your time? If you choose to get caught up in self pity, that is selfish. Choose only what you know is right.

excuse me
no need to be melodramatic about this.
you are not being discontinued.
and this is not about what you think death is.

this has nothing to do with death.

you need a better yoga teacher
&
stop reading about shamanism

begin to learn about your world.
old habits cease. not love.
love is all there is.

to a shaman that is what it is about
moving on with the skill to increase love in the world
to heal and heal others.

moving on can be interpreted as dropping the little me's
the "mini-me's" that chitter chatter us to death.
that is what is being dropped
that melodrama and crap is what dies.

don't even try to see death in other ways, it won't help.

i agree with redgreenvines.

so my question to you is- What intrests you most?

find something interesting and let your love take hold over you to follow that intrest. that way when you are depressed you have something to hold on to.

do you like girls?
girls can drive you insane, but they can help sometimes too.
like shamanism, if shamanism is your only intrest, be prepared for a life of turmoil.
it's okay to be sensitive, and to suffer, but you've got to have some joy flowing sometimes too.

what intrests you most in life?
