this my personal proof of ESP being real

I swear every day I am connected to a vibe that is on the spirit level.
People feel it when I look at them and think thoughts dedicated to them. Even when they can't see me.
I can influence others actions with my thoughts( not always)
I am effected by others as well. I pick up vibes, and have to be careful not to be effected negatively by others.
Sometimes I get in a groove where I feel like others influence me, and I can do the same.
My astrology forecast says I am prone to ESP, and have been experiencing this since childhood.
It's a blessing and a curse, because when I am with good people, I read their aura( though I can't actually see it, I feel it) and when I am with negative energy people, I have to try, and focus hard on not being effected by their energy.
Anyone else out there like me?

We all do, every living thing is connected. We feel each other, whether we realize it or not.
I'm just programmed to be tuned into it all the time, and have been since I was about 7 or so..
I can't control it( learning to). It's in my nature. I am trying to evolve and deal with the problems this has cause for me, and use my gifts to help others and spread love and good thoughts.
Does anyone have meditations or thought processes to shield yourself from a vampiric or negative PSI attack on yourself?
What do YOU do?
Or if you believe in the Christ, WWJD?

My dreams synch up with reality and reality is a dream.

I know how you feel, sorta... but I feel like water, totally passive, people influence me, I just float along for the ride.... could be a good thing but it means my will is underdeveloped and that I'm not grounded to reality.

When I speak, I hear other people's voices coming out of my mouth, I look in the mirror and see other people.... not literally, no, but "see" as in.... "feel" as in "imagine"....... all influential figures in my life...... I speak, and sometimes my vocal tones will match theirs and I will sound exactly like them. I look in the mirror and can see their features in me if I look close enough.

I feel like I am all people, all people are me..... that my ego barrier is rather weakened, but that I am not properly GROUNDED in order to harness these insights properly, so I have a hard time feeling spiritual and I just get lost in my own inner worlds and have a hard time paying attention.

Dreamed of bikers robbing a store..... got up today... saw 4 bikers eating breakfast....... dreamed of a tornado the day before... tornados galore but not near me.......

the wind also gave me a severe thrashing while trying to ride my bike.

Think of my friend, with the intention that it's okay to meet him under certain circumstances (so that we can grow closer....) and he calls me about 4 hours later......

connection. to everything.

listening to the radio.... blah blah i'm some stupid radio commercial jittering along.... and the song glycerine is meshed into my mind... I hear the first notes .... right after the last song ends, about 20 seconds before the next song... while the radio commercial is chiming away........ and i'm thinking.... man glycerine is a good song......

glycerine comes on.

i laugh and thank God for showing me connection. but often times it can be scary and hard to deal with. I don't care about material pursuits and yet since I am by no means "enlightened" I must live in this world, so why can't I pay attention to it or feel grounded?

ahhh .

it's all so interesting. you know how it is when you cough and everyone else coughs with you? Or you are focusing on your chest congestion and 3-4 people cough. ..... know how it is that when a group of people are taking notes, often times they all turn their pages to start a new page at the same time? How you can be in or out of synch with the page turning?

Know how all these things are? Know how the pieces fit? I do... but I'm not "IN" I'm just loosely aware.... sometimes connected, but failling to grasp the larger picture.

and really, this is enough. having local bands sing songs about how I feel....... all these things...... it's enough for me. I need to ground before I go any futher.

ESP is certainly "real" but it's not something really deliberate unless you are truelly spiritually evolved, it's more something that your mind just tunes into the natural frequencies of things, so you notice more.

course.... the proper term for it is schizophrenia right? Or schizotypal? Well..... it can certainly be debilitating to those who aren't ready for it.

I don't really mind I just want to feel like I have some individuality, some groundedness.... like the coincidences aren't overwhelming, rather just subtle gifts from the divine that show me that life is what you make of it, so why not be free? But freedom is a huge obstacle, something I have problems with, just letting go and flowing.

mmmm I communicated, sent thoughts, to a beautiful cellist. Many of them. Can you hear me? She looks at me and nods.... be careful with the cello! She waves it around in front of me acting like she's going to drop it. That was awesome! She spazzes out and laughs and points at the violinist. Again.... can you hear me? She looks at me and nods.

But how did I do it, aside from being damn stoned? She didn't pick up on everything, only charged emotional.... concepts?

and what about....... trying to remember....... okay what about this/ Ever run a script in your head of how you will make a joke to someone? I got blood drawn to donate to hopefully save lives and they bruised my arm and made me look like a heroin junky.... so in my head I'm like thinking of how someone will ask me about it and i'll make a joke that I'm a heroin junky and used the blood donation to cover up my habit.

THIS EXACT DIALOGUE happens..... someone asks so what happened to your arm, and instead of making the joke I say "Oh I gave blood..... I don't want to look like I'm a heroin junkie so that's why I'm leaving this wrap on it." and they say "That's what you tell people, at least? It's just a cover up."

it all goes exactly how I fantasized it would. I fantasized two variables, the first being that I would tell the joke, or the second being that I would tell the truth, then make a joke where I said "But If I wanted to I would tell a joke about it being a heroin coverup" or something along those lines.

and so.... the guy says the heroin thing to me and I say what I rehearsed "yes that would be the joke I would tell."

all things are so interconnected and dreamlike.

I cannot pick up on thoughts, though, thankfully because I'm not sure I would be able to handle it... but I seem to be able to randomly send them sometimes.

If you truly believe this, think about it this way.

Most of your post is composed of two schools of thought:

1. I am programmed to have this amazing ability, or I have this amazing ability and makes me special, more so than others..

and

2. Everyone is tuned and synced up, everyone can have this ability.

While i do think if this ability could exist, Then it would be an acceptance of everyones latent ESP abilities. You are just more aware of it.

Once you realize you need the other people for it to occur, you will be able to control it more. Whats holding you back is thinking your special, in this case.

Thought... "Psychic Vampires", as they are called, are just humans like you and I. The only way to fend off an attack is to feed it, the only thing they are leeching from you is your energy, and your energy is boundless if you know how to tap into the source of it all, which is really just a perception.

You say you can read auras? thats just a personal energy field surrounding a human (or animal or plant). When you are full of energy, you are simply in a state of mind where everything is beautiful. You are simply being optimistic, and noticing beauty. All a psychic vampire is doing, is stealing that energy away from you by making you notice bad things about yourself or your surroundings. If you simply continue on being beautiful and accepting even that The person trying to steal energy from you is beautiful, you will be able to fend off this "attempt to steal your energy" by letting it flow into them. How can they steal it, if you give it to them freely?

These people are humans to, don't get caught up thinking that they are some other breed of person, or that you are either. Brotherhood and Humanity are the keys to harnessing the true potential of your awareness and waking up your "oneness" with other humans.

Next step in cultural/spiritual evolution? A realization that we are all one in such a powerful way that we tend to be more compassionate then selfish in our actions, even when it comes to people trying to steal our happiness away from us.

Love and beauty are not finite things you have to divvy up to experience and share with a certain amount of people, they are infinite perceptions that can flow freely and continuously through any living being who becomes aware of them. Its a choice.

In 8th grade, my friend and I used to play this game.  We'd select a bored classmate across the room, one that wasn't looking in our direction, and "think" at them, 'turn around, look over here, hello!!!!"  We got pretty good at getting people to turn around with our minds :smile:

yep, its been happeneing to me since about 13. I personally think its the awakening of the "irrational" side of the brain... in other words the imagination. But yeah, i can hear people's thoughts, and know what they are feeling when i focus on them. Its not really on purpose, its just being in tune i guess. What bugs me though is how people hear my thoughts sometimes, like i think something, and that person im thinking about turns around and looks at me, oops! well, on the plus side they prolly dont listen to their subconscious so its ok ^^. Btw, on the thinking of something then it happens tip, thats has been happening for a long time, and im always confused if im seeing the future, or creating it. I dunno.

I think if you get in touch with your body and nature, you will learn that communication is much wider than just words, and you may become less fascinated with mystical explanations for what everyone experiences.

I am also aware of this type of esp thing, and synchronicity etc. but also I am aware of being connected to all the things in my environment, many of which are interacting and part of a concertive influence that people in the same place can feel to a greater or lesser extent. Not magic, but very magical feeling.

of course if one insitsts on dabbling in this search for power there is a long way to go:

"Eight primary siddhis[edit]
The eight classical siddhis (Ashta Siddhi) or eight great perfections are:[8]

Aṇimā: reducing one's body even to the size of an atom
Mahima: expanding one's body to an infinitely large size
Garima: becoming infinitely heavy
Laghima: becoming almost weightless
Prāpti: ability to be anywhere at will
Prākāmya: realizing whatever one desires
Iṣṭva: supremacy over nature
Vaśtva: control of natural forces
"kāma-avasayitva": complete satisfaction (It is mentioned is some texts)[9][10]
Five siddhis of yoga and meditation[edit]
In the Bhagavata Purana, the five siddhis of yoga and meditation are:

trikālajñatvam: knowing the past, present and future
advandvam: tolerance of heat, cold and other dualities
para citta ādi abhijñatā: knowing the minds of others and so on
agni arka ambu viṣa ādīnām pratiṣṭambhaḥ: checking the influence of fire, sun, water, poison, and so on
aparājayah: remaining unconquered by others[11]
Ten secondary siddhis[edit]
In the Bhagavata Purana, Krishna describes the ten secondary siddhis:

anūrmimattvam: Being undisturbed by hunger, thirst, and other bodily appetites
dūraśravaṇa: Hearing things far away
dūradarśanam: Seeing things far away
manojavah: Moving the body wherever thought goes (teleportation/astral projection)
kāmarūpam: Assuming any form desired
parakāya praveśanam: Entering the bodies of others
svachanda mṛtyuh: Dying when one desires
devānām saha krīḍā anudarśanam: Witnessing and participating in the pastimes of the gods
yathā sańkalpa saḿsiddhiḥ: Perfect accomplishment of one's determination
ājñāpratihatā gatiḥ: Orders or commands being unimpeded[12]
Samkhya[edit]
In the Samkhyakarika and Tattvasamasa, there are references to the attainment of eight siddhis by which one becomes free of the pain of ignorance, one gains knowledge, and experiences bliss. The eight siddhis hinted at by Kapila in the Tattvasamasa are as explained in verse 51 of the Samkhyakarika:[13]

Uuha: based on the samskaras of previous births, the attainment of knowledge about the twenty-four Tatwas gained by examining the determinable and the indeterminable conscious and the non-conscious constituents of creation.
Shabda: knowledge gained by associating with an enlightened person (Guru – upadesh).
Addhyyan: knowledge gained through study of the Vedas and other standard ancillary texts.
Suhritprapti: knowledge gained from a kind-hearted person, while engaged in the spread of knowledge.
Daan: knowledge gained regardless of one’s own needs while attending to the requirements of those engaged in the search of the highest truth.
Aadhyaatmik dukkh-haan: freedom from pain, disappointment, etc. that may arise due to lack of spiritual, metaphysical, mystic knowledge and experience.
Aadhibhautik dukkh-haan: freedom from pain etc. arising from possessing and being attached to various materialistic gains.
Aadhidaivik dukkh-haan: freedom from pain etc. caused by fate or due to reliance on fate.
The attainment of these eight siddhis renders one no longer in a painful state of ignorance but in possession of greater knowledge and experience of bliss. The aim of Samkhya is to eliminate all kinds of physical and mental pains and to receive liberation."

Unconsciously thoughts reflect in our ohysical appearence.  Perhaos even brainwaves influence others brainwaves, thoughts feelings and emotions.

After all the universe is all electro magnetic energies.  Opposites attract.  Balance exists.

I don't think it's super natural as much as nature is very super.  After all we don't know all our senses and brains process and percieve or recieve.  There are very subtle cues and processing is extremely quick.

Mostly the ego is overwhelmed and freely roams.

anybody who first takes up meditation
discovers they can't control their own mind
anybody who first takes up keeping a dream journal
discovers they can't control their own mind
anybody who watches a little TV, especially soap operas
knows a majority of minds are filled with drivel

and yet I should want to be more aware of others , equal lack of control,
constant distractedness, and addiction to mindless escapism?
And feel proud if I could do this?

My experiences with ESP have only been strictly limited to telepathy and only occur for a few minutes after waking up from a seizure nap. What I mean by that is I sleep for about 12 hours or so after I have a tonic clonic seizure.

It's been a while since I had tonic clonic seizure but the last few times once I wake up from the nap I would immediately start to feel, I guess I would call it these invisible strings connecting every single thing everywhere and anywhere. Then I would just sort of sit up and look at objects and it would feel as if the object and myself where engaging each other in conversation, the exact feeling as if you and someone else just sat down at a table and sparked up a conversation.

The telepathy isn't words echoing inside your head or verbal at all. It's more a of instantaneous and direct exchange of emotion or feelings. By just sitting with and looking at different objects you could just feel that objects history and I guess personality? I'm trying to explain this the best I can but it's really hard to put into words.

It seems telepathy is far more efficient than verbal communication, at least it can be in many situations. Now maybe when trying to explain like blue prints or how to build intricate things, then verbal communication could be better than telepathy.

I have only had telepathic sessions with inanimate objects because whenever I wake up from my nap I'm alone and in this state of awe and just raw awareness that only lasts for a few minutes. It's like getting all the heightened sensory perceptions from large doses of psychedelic substances but without any loss of concentration, jumping train of thought, loops etc.

Perhaps another way to say it would be like, If you take a high dose of mushrooms with proper set and setting you can check in to the galactic library, but you kind of forgot how to read and have trouble focusing on learning the material.

But when I wake up from my nap it's like I'm in the galactic library and my reading skills are just fine?

My experiences with ESP have only been strictly limited to telepathy and only occur for a few minutes after waking up from a seizure nap. What I mean by that is I sleep for about 12 hours or so after I have a tonic clonic seizure.


the shift of consciousness from sleep to waking and vice versa are equivalent to psychedelic states in my opinion.
the regular nature of your tonic clonic seizures provides a great resource for you and maybe for science to explore this further.
