Im not sure about esp regarding me, but ive experienced premonitions, nothing to major more of a feeling,you probally can read ppl well to, you yourself knows best what your experiencing,can i have a example

is that "grace" which is a state of mind that enjoys time and space in an enhanced way, is a side effect (as in "slipstream" which is really a side effect following an object in motion) of practicing awareness and the middle way.

of course if one insitsts on dabbling in this search for power there is a long way to go:

"Eight primary siddhis[edit]
The eight classical siddhis (Ashta Siddhi) or eight great perfections are:[8]

Aṇimā: reducing one's body even to the size of an atom
Mahima: expanding one's body to an infinitely large size
Garima: becoming infinitely heavy
Laghima: becoming almost weightless
Prāpti: ability to be anywhere at will
Prākāmya: realizing whatever one desires
Iṣṭva: supremacy over nature
Vaśtva: control of natural forces
"kāma-avasayitva": complete satisfaction (It is mentioned is some texts)[9][10]
Five siddhis of yoga and meditation[edit]
In the Bhagavata Purana, the five siddhis of yoga and meditation are:

trikālajñatvam: knowing the past, present and future
advandvam: tolerance of heat, cold and other dualities
para citta ādi abhijñatā: knowing the minds of others and so on
agni arka ambu viṣa ādīnām pratiṣṭambhaḥ: checking the influence of fire, sun, water, poison, and so on
aparājayah: remaining unconquered by others[11]
Ten secondary siddhis[edit]
In the Bhagavata Purana, Krishna describes the ten secondary siddhis:

anūrmimattvam: Being undisturbed by hunger, thirst, and other bodily appetites
dūraśravaṇa: Hearing things far away
dūradarśanam: Seeing things far away
manojavah: Moving the body wherever thought goes (teleportation/astral projection)
kāmarūpam: Assuming any form desired
parakāya praveśanam: Entering the bodies of others
svachanda mṛtyuh: Dying when one desires
devānām saha krīḍā anudarśanam: Witnessing and participating in the pastimes of the gods
yathā sańkalpa saḿsiddhiḥ: Perfect accomplishment of one's determination
ājñāpratihatā gatiḥ: Orders or commands being unimpeded[12]
Samkhya[edit]
In the Samkhyakarika and Tattvasamasa, there are references to the attainment of eight siddhis by which one becomes free of the pain of ignorance, one gains knowledge, and experiences bliss. The eight siddhis hinted at by Kapila in the Tattvasamasa are as explained in verse 51 of the Samkhyakarika:[13]

Uuha: based on the samskaras of previous births, the attainment of knowledge about the twenty-four Tatwas gained by examining the determinable and the indeterminable conscious and the non-conscious constituents of creation.
Shabda: knowledge gained by associating with an enlightened person (Guru – upadesh).
Addhyyan: knowledge gained through study of the Vedas and other standard ancillary texts.
Suhritprapti: knowledge gained from a kind-hearted person, while engaged in the spread of knowledge.
Daan: knowledge gained regardless of one’s own needs while attending to the requirements of those engaged in the search of the highest truth.
Aadhyaatmik dukkh-haan: freedom from pain, disappointment, etc. that may arise due to lack of spiritual, metaphysical, mystic knowledge and experience.
Aadhibhautik dukkh-haan: freedom from pain etc. arising from possessing and being attached to various materialistic gains.
Aadhidaivik dukkh-haan: freedom from pain etc. caused by fate or due to reliance on fate.
The attainment of these eight siddhis renders one no longer in a painful state of ignorance but in possession of greater knowledge and experience of bliss. The aim of Samkhya is to eliminate all kinds of physical and mental pains and to receive liberation."

Unconsciously thoughts reflect in our ohysical appearence.  Perhaos even brainwaves influence others brainwaves, thoughts feelings and emotions.

After all the universe is all electro magnetic energies.  Opposites attract.  Balance exists.

I don't think it's super natural as much as nature is very super.  After all we don't know all our senses and brains process and percieve or recieve.  There are very subtle cues and processing is extremely quick.

Mostly the ego is overwhelmed and freely roams.

anybody who first takes up meditation
discovers they can't control their own mind
anybody who first takes up keeping a dream journal
discovers they can't control their own mind
anybody who watches a little TV, especially soap operas
knows a majority of minds are filled with drivel

and yet I should want to be more aware of others , equal lack of control,
constant distractedness, and addiction to mindless escapism?
And feel proud if I could do this?

My experiences with ESP have only been strictly limited to telepathy and only occur for a few minutes after waking up from a seizure nap. What I mean by that is I sleep for about 12 hours or so after I have a tonic clonic seizure.

It's been a while since I had tonic clonic seizure but the last few times once I wake up from the nap I would immediately start to feel, I guess I would call it these invisible strings connecting every single thing everywhere and anywhere. Then I would just sort of sit up and look at objects and it would feel as if the object and myself where engaging each other in conversation, the exact feeling as if you and someone else just sat down at a table and sparked up a conversation.

The telepathy isn't words echoing inside your head or verbal at all. It's more a of instantaneous and direct exchange of emotion or feelings. By just sitting with and looking at different objects you could just feel that objects history and I guess personality? I'm trying to explain this the best I can but it's really hard to put into words.

It seems telepathy is far more efficient than verbal communication, at least it can be in many situations. Now maybe when trying to explain like blue prints or how to build intricate things, then verbal communication could be better than telepathy.

I have only had telepathic sessions with inanimate objects because whenever I wake up from my nap I'm alone and in this state of awe and just raw awareness that only lasts for a few minutes. It's like getting all the heightened sensory perceptions from large doses of psychedelic substances but without any loss of concentration, jumping train of thought, loops etc.

Perhaps another way to say it would be like, If you take a high dose of mushrooms with proper set and setting you can check in to the galactic library, but you kind of forgot how to read and have trouble focusing on learning the material.

But when I wake up from my nap it's like I'm in the galactic library and my reading skills are just fine?

the shift of consciousness from sleep to waking and vice versa are equivalent to psychedelic states in my opinion.
the regular nature of your tonic clonic seizures provides a great resource for you and maybe for science to explore this further.
