I don't favor govt control. Although its lower on my list than many of our freedoms that they have already legislated away. The problem as I see it is that people are encouraged to procreate without any real understanding of what that means. How could they be a parent that could raise healthy loving humans? I don't see people in mass being responsible. I often think that they see no alternatives in life other than living out the cultural dream. There is more as you know. Yet many don't see anything else life could be about.

Of course I know this is a minority view. I let go of a "solution" to the human flood, other than the one nature can provide, as you mentioned. As Mr. Natural sez, "twas ever thus".
