I'm new to this field of research, my background is purely agricultural. Could you please point me in the right direction for the highest efficacy protocol or "TEK" for pouring sterile agar into petri dishes?

I gotta confess, my body feels like absolute shit.

With the drop in temperatures and an epic parasympathetic rebound, I went back to busking on the street and resumed my training. I'm happy, but... after ~3 months of stagnation โ€” at the slightest effort, my body aches to such a degree that when I open my eyes in the morning โ€” I don't even want to check if I can move.

As soon as I get my routine back โ€” I'm gonna take a mushroom trip that will make me melt right into the tatami. I will be the tatami. To solidify the new routine โ€” obviously. :lol:

I have one hour left before going back to professional martyrdom. Smiling through the suffering. God, why are there so many kids running wild on Saturdays?

Sorry I am still misunderstanding. I followed BODs TEK, and once the liquid reaches 45C inside of my SAB I poor the agar solution into my borosilicate petris(I referred to these as "plates" in my meme). The agar is still slightly runny, the petris are now warmer than the ambient temperature, and I have not fully refined my protocol so I only stack the dishes 5 high, and stop after 4 stacks per session.


I am not understanding why stacking petris/plates when cooling is not the current high efficacy protocol?

I believe almost everyone is stacking plates when they pour and letting them cool.
