I find the Crispy Tater Rounds, the generic kind from the grocery store, are the best shaped potato food. They are like half a tater tot, giving them more crunch.

I like to make a spicy garlic Parmesean aoli and to toss home made fries in.

Couple days ago I made those with a Lumberjack Beef Dip. I split a French loaf in two, piled it high with beef, onions, and Jalepeno Havarti. Dip it in an oniony au jus and it's just the best.

Even with my weight loss journey I still indulge my fat boy from time to time to enjoy life and all.

When my spouse has to travel. My one night go to meal is French fries and chicken fingers in the ninja crispy.
