I like breaded LM most of the time, but they can be prepared all kinds of ways.  Beautiful fruits, I need to get my Bears Head up and running.  Man where is that pic I meant to save of LM growing invitro on grain, I'll have to find it, they will grow straight out of the filter patch when they get mad at colonizing too long.

Can't leave out my very first edible LC, TT... polypore varieties (reishi is so beautiful) are enjoyable too and one of my favorites.  Growing food is so rewarding.

Cool looking reishi grow.

I learned a new technique for frying lions mane like chicken.

Cooking the mushrooms in a hot brine before dredging and frying makes them so good. Texture and flavor are very similar to chicken

What I did was boil the mushrooms in brine for 5-10 minutes until they're tender, let dry and then dredge and fry

Tax: got 14 total qts of oyster spawn inoculated. 4 future buckets if I'm lucky

Dehydrated some oysters and have been adding them with some peanut butter to the shim ramyun spicy ramen. Been my go to easy dinner recently.

I'm clearing space hopefully in a few weeks to a month, get my indoor tomatoes finished up.  Offseason for Cannabis, so I grow Juliets in 7gal smarties every once in a while, waiting for Outdoor plants to give up the goods.

Pink LC... just LME

Wonderful looking polypores, One of my favorites no doubt... beautiful antlers and low tech.  Really cool, I put a few blocks in a mono years ago, can't find the pic, I lost a decent range of photos awhile back, but no conks just big antlers, another mushroom I want a rematch with, and Maitake, my nemesis.

I've never grown in 5 gal buckets before, but you are straight killing it, those fruits are super healthy.  The pinks in your signature are CALLING me.  WBS jars and Pinks have a date tonight.  I'm also doing a freebie branched oyster that's supposed to be hardy, and Bolles Bears Head, I need some LM in my life.

Reishi weekly adapte:
Reishi "TF5" was slowed down by the heatwave, but it is slowly picking up again now that the temperature has dropped back to 28°C.

Red Reishi stop growing in the tub but not outside:

Reishi "TF5" on small test substrat (sawdust+worms casting):
