Pink oysters on straw (PICs)

Small but pink allright They will probably fully mature in 3 days now.
(copy-pasted from http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=Forum13&Number=1187761)
Oysters are surprsisingly easy to cultivate on pasteurised straw. Small amount of straw can be easily pasteurised by putting it in a large bucket and covering it with boiling water. Drain after an hour and let cool in a clean spot. Inoculate with grain spawn and stuff into plastic bags. Puncture the bags and let them colonise. When colonisation is complete expost them to fruiting conditions. The tropical yellow and pink oysters fruit within 14 days after spawning!
The bag contains 2 liters of spawned pasteurised straw.

How are you maintaining air exchange? fish tank pumps? Oysters are very sensitive to co2, no?

Do these taste any different than white oysters? I usually gather a few pounds every summer of the white ones!

The strains were not obtained from Sporeworks but might be the same (since only a limited number of strains seems to be circulating). We will be selling edible cultures on www.mushmush.nl very soon.
If they taste differnt i don't know, i haven't tasted these yet.

We are in the process of fruiting blue oysters and have just ordered some pink oysters. Very excited to see the pink ones in person. The issue we are having in FAE and humidity. We have a 6.5 x 5 x 5 indoor greenhouse and a eco torpedo from mushbox, the blues have very long stems at this time. Does anyone have suggestions on how to control the FAE and humidity better?

Big tray of perlite on the floor for added humidity, add another fan for FAE.
