There are parts of the world where it must be amazing and wonderful to visit and see the beautiful country and the beautiful culture. That is of course if there's anyone left alive to display such culture. Or that isn't throwing their culture away just going out and hanging people in the streets.

There's a reason why I almost never get involved in these threads. I don't seem to be too positive about these things.

But I'm really not racist. Like in my racist to say it's easier to know and understand people's cultures when they come to your country and display their cultures in your country? Totally not the same thing right? Totally not the same thing as going and visiting the place and understanding and knowing it from the people there where it all started right?

I'm just saying though. You have a pile of rubble in the middle of some sand and you call it a home. One day you've renovated the whole thing and turned it into a place you live. Now it's a home.

The next day it's blown up and it's a pile of rubble again.

Then you have some cool neighbors.

Who are hung the next day in a massive execution.

I mean it'd be wonderful to get to know these cultures right? If there's anything left of the cultures.

I mean that is you know if anyone's left alive. And of course you could stereotype my stereotypes and say "only an American would think that they know anything about cultures of other places based on how the people act when they come from those places to the place that you live. And yet you know very little of the culture."

Yes I should visit other places. How wonderful it is. Do not live in this stereotypical racist idea that you can only know races if they come and visit you and not if you want to go visit them. To not be consumed by stereotypes.

But I mean I'm just saying. Is it wrong to not want to go somewhere or like someone can't go 5 minutes without getting blown up? And your little doubtful little ever be worth visiting because it's been like that for like a few hundred years in a row?

I'll bet there's so many cool things that happen in these places. When the places aren't being blown up. And the people are so cool to meet and all the culture is so cool to experience. When they are being murdered.

I mean....

It was wild to see the rhetoric that has followed these recent elections in New York -- where support for Israeli fascism led to the high-profile failure of several political campaigns -- instead of confronting the political fallout from the Zionist entity's relentless pursuit of invasion, occupation, apartheid, and genocide, the Israeli hasbarists have doubled tripled quadrupled down on the tired refrain of antisemitism --

except, what these shameless propagandists (like the ADL below) specifically avoid mentioning throughout their fearmongering is that these DSA political victories include a Jewish politician, and were supported by numerous independent Jewish New Yorkers -- opposition to Israel is not opposition to Judaism





An unwillingness to grapple with the violence inherent to the Zionist project leads to an inability to respond to any criticism without empowering both actual antisemites (by conflating legitimate criticism of the actions of the Israeli state with harmful bigotry directed at Jewish people) and Israeli fascists (by aligning with the worst of settler religious extremism and militaristic jingoism) --

Well said.

The conflation of Judaism with Zionism, by Zionist interest groups, and Israeli "Hasbara"/propagandists, has already been more damaging to Jewish people than anything since the holocaust. The harm it has caused them/their reputation worldwide, will endure for many decades to come and Israel/Zionists have no concern whatsoever. It is truly awful.
