I modified my SGFC with a ultrasonic humidifier and a fan from an evap humidifier, trying to dial it in for oysters on Kramer cakes.

They are Lew. Four bags are masters mix and four bags are hwfps supplemented with goat feed at 25%. Inoculated with a quarter of a mycoquart of grains in each bag.

It was nice. The hwfp and feed turned into a perfect substrate mix. It felt almost like coir all mixed up.

Bad pic but I can't wait to harvest this Cordyceps militaris jar !
Rice + brewer yeast + glucose, this is unmodified lid so I left if close for dark inoculation stage. It took more time than normal lid with filter (polyfill) to colonize but after I slightly opened it, colonization and pin set was bigger and one week faster. I'll test it again for next patch. I've quite randomly test to supplement rice with powder milk and vegan proteins as well and so far myc is well developing but I'm waiting the harvest (I was running out of brewer yeast and had some room to send jars).
