Couldn’t agree more. He’s my muse in a lot of ways. But not all. The Smiths were almost perfect. Morrissey—less so. But fuck, it’s so good. Don’t give a flying fuck about his politics or his sexuality. I’m waiting for the day when we can see the good in people and do our best to ignore the bad. Unless it’s too bad, of course.

I DGAF about football. We are into NASCAR in our house. If you like rock, listen to Taylor’s album Red (Taylor’s Version). Some great shit on that album. If you like singer/songwriter stuff listen to Folklore:The Long Pond Sessions.

I don’t care about anyone’s politics or sexuality. The only time I care about politics is when I buy a concert ticket and the artist gives a political sermon on stage. Motherfucker shut up and sing. I paid for a concert not a political rally. I don’t care what side or who you’re preaching for, just don’t do it on my dime and my time when I want to hear music.

We attempted sex NYE. Completed the task. It wasn’t sexy. I paid the price that night in pain. Not lifting anything right now over a few pounds. Mrs AZ is helping me process grain jars later.

That totally happened to me recently at a show. The singer was preaching for 10mins between each song. I was like, “I love protest, but I didn’t pay for this!”  I hear ya, dude.

Yeah fuck that. I might have walked out. Might have lost me as a fan. Even if I agreed with their views. I don’t go to concerts or other events to listen to that. If I want to listen to that I’ll turn on my tv or go to a rally. TBH I try to avoid it all and just live my life.

Oh az, i meant to talk to you about that rib.  i had all my ribs on one side split and cracked open like a crab shell.  was the only way to explore and dig around to to stop the bleeding.  they actually did that whist i was conscious.  it opened up a whole new pain threshold i never could have imagined existed.
it STILL hurts and I still get a sharp pain sometimes if im sitting wrong and sneeze or breath in too abruptly.

edit: Duc actually has been showing me these breathing exercises lately that help build mobility and strength in your abdominal walls. Its really helped me. The first time we did it, Something *clicked* in there and I've been so much better ever since. I can help get you moving in that direction when you're ready.

Okay so first thing,

theres a heating pad that buttons around your neck like a little cape. has magnets.  game changer. i can find the link for it if you cant.

then you need one of those little pillows. its for reading or whatver.  has little arms on it.  its just to put against your beds headrest so you can sit up and read.  also game
changer.  target or walmart always has them. 

cup with a long straw so you dont gotta strain to get a sip.  game changer.

kratom works better than oxyxodon and doesnt constipate you near as badly and its a lot easier to put down.  just always take it with a lot of fiber.  lots of apples, pears, celery, dates, figs.  you do not want to get consipated with broken ribs.

do not sneeze.  do not laugh.  arm and hammer makes a saline spray in an aerosol can for your nose.  if you start to feel like a sneeze is coming, rinse out and get it blown out quick.  do. not. fucking. sneeze.

dont get cold.  always bundle up.  getting a chill causes you to clench and clenching causes insane pain which causes clenching, which causes this endless pain loop.  do not do that.  stay coze.

and as always, let me know if theres anything i can do.  anything within my power is yours if you ask.  youll get through it, because you always had to get through every single thing and you always will.  thems the rules for all of us.
