Holy grail is actually doing okay, Talpa on the other hand, sloooooow. I keep telling myself




Seems I have to do another transfer of Talpa soon, so it's going to be even more time before that goes to grains :muppet:

Can I get some advice here?  Notice a couple of the trays have some aborts and black stuff on stems.  I had a couple shoeboxes that did this crap and basically died.  Thinking I might be misting too much.  Hitting them twice a day to wet the fruits.  They are sitting in water tubs with lids a bit loose. 

Pointers please. Would like to get some fruits from some of this.  I have more coming behind them, but no reason that this cannot be salvaged.

I'm no semp-master but I'd say those fruits could use more FAE(b) (to quote Lew) and maybe less misting at this stage.  The way they're going every-which direction says they need better air exchange to me. 



I dropped a clone to grain today.  Pretty excited.

Also just wanna drop a little love letter to semps :heartpump:  I've been pulling these semperviva shortbread cookies from the freezer one at a time over the last month and they are the best little edibles.  With about 0.1g per cookie they're the perfect nighttime dose for some tunes and a book.  Their effect is so cozy.  Semps are awesome!

Waiting for LyleChipperson to show me up with his cooking skills and teach me how to make some real shortbread. C'mon man show me how to get zooted in style!

Thank you kindly.  I was thinking I might be too wet and may want to let caps get a little bigger before misting too much. 

But reading posts that said soak them (possibly out of context) might have had me a little overzealous with the spray bottle. 

So no mist this afternoon and cracked lids a bit more.  I'll just mist if the casing is visibly looking dry until caps get big enough to start curling. 

That sound like a step in the right direction?

I get it; hard to balance what you read with what you see in person.  Every situation is different.  I haven't grown in a water tub so I don't know how that environment affects the grow.  But yeah, I'd lay off a bit and observe, then reassess.

What type of spray bottle are you using? If you're using a bottle that sprays larger droplets then I would switch to an ultra fine mist sprayer.
