Two weeks, would give them at least another week. The stipe will change color and the caps should be dropping spores. No, caps won't get bigger, but some folks claim they get more potent with maturity, I am one of those people

Edit: Added a picture of my 1 month since pins semp tub for reference, I'll harvest them this week.

I think people are too much used to the rapid growth of mushrooms like Cubensis or Panaeolus, so three to four months seem like a long time, but it's really not that long
Of course, it depends on what you're comparing it to.

In my experience fresh is always best, but more-so with semperviva. Maybe it’s a novel alkaloid, maybe I don’t do fresh/dry dose math well, maybe it’s just placebo, but fresh semps are a very different animal than dried. My dry semp experiences are very emotional. They’re all up in my brain teaching me, nurturing me, I feel an empathetic and loving presence. I don’t see much. Fresh semps turned tree leaves into bats in the most amazing way. Just my opinion.

I'm really late on this one. I just wanted to point out.

I was worried about too much Fae in the beginning because of drying out reasons. Especially because I have them in a room with a window  ac unit right next to them..

however with the really heavy mistings twice a day it wasn't ever really an issue

And I left huge gaps open with the lid on my watertub

I also had wonderful results with the lay mixing recommend by fahtster.  and great reasults with lasagna layered. because I accidentally did lasagna first thinking that's what lay mixing was.
