Yes, take a small transfer from where the mycelium looks best and furthest away from the contamination, then take them through a cabin.

I not sure but maybe bottom picture at 2 o clock looks nice?
Seems like a little rhizomorphic to me.

Put a fresh X7x+ transfer into a fridge and it’s been slowly growing over the past 3 months. I made a lot of transfers and its structure is pretty. This is the back of the plate the front had a lot of condensation

So, this is my first Agar to grain. Can someone please tell me when to shake the jars? Filled 3-quart jars with each plate. Rye-berry grain only after PC.

Just getting back into things after a 5 year hiatus.

AA+ T3 (5 year old spores in sterile water germinated quickly and I have already had a flush off of my first plate)






Purple mystic (slow AF boy, have 2 shoeboxes in fruiting for over 3 weeks already, aa+ blew them away)



Jack Frost (super interesting imo, put to cvg a week ago and it's the craziest growth I have ever seen, the myc went all rhizo and the casing layer looks like ice crystals)

hob once told me he shakes once things are around rhe size of a quarter, and that honestly was a game changer

Does this look right? Inoculated with spore print, I went way too heavy and dumped a bunch of spores in one spot, that's the purple bit.  Does this look like mycelium yet?
