I don't have exact number, I've done +200 and still going on the same roll of parafilm, but if it last for +1000(I use the 2") plates that shit probably crumbling to dust before I wrap that many plates

I don't know what you mean by "13 o’clock and 16 o’clock positions" - most clocks only go up to 12. Do you wear a "slow" watch (24 hour analog)?

But in all seriousness, that plate looks very clean to my eyes. Minor deviations from perfectly circular are nothing to worry about.

When you transfer to a new plate you want to select from only the new growth.  By including the transfer piece in the center you're effectively running in place and not transferring away from old contamination or growth.  I think yes that the myc will grow, and I'm willing to bet some trich will show up too.  Next time you cut a wedge or whatever to transfer make it really small and take from the new growth, I think that will improve your rates
