That makes sense, thank you.

I harvested just these two because they seemed to be slightly bruising on the caps.






Just these two fruits combined were 28 grams wet, which really surprised me.

Wasn't any more difficult than any other cube for me. I harvest when they start to sporulate. Yours have some interesting morphology. I'm guessing based on sporadic growth that there's some bacterial contam present.

I agree on the sporadic growth - the 12 quart looks better coverage relatively - but these squats look similar to the ksss ufo squats I saw in all the images when I did my research. I even read reports that sometimes they fail to sporulate at all when you get the "correct" squat morphology.

I thought they were supposed to have short, pumpkin like stems with like caps that curled in on itself when they are mature: just like those two. That is in fact why I wanted to grow them, to obtain fruits that looked like that.

My current state of affairs with those. I had some make spores heavily, some nothing at all from the pf cakes i started with. I had 2 pre birthing pins that weighed i think 65-70 grams from two of the jars as well. Dense bastards.


Edit: should also state this is my first tub ever. With 4 more of varying sizes around it lol.
