Probably will.  I've been doing pint jars of grain, ziplock containers/bags, ect. lately to scale my shit down, so I can experiment with different cultures and whatnot.  I'm just glad to read some confirmation that this isn't a flop.

This plate made a nice mushroom:


So I took the mushroom and transferred it onto a WBS flour/coir cake.

I then cut out the spore print it left behind, and transferred that to an agar plate.

Then I transferred the rest of this plate onto another wbsf/coir cake, where it fruited some more and started dropping spores.
