That’s the nature of intelligence. It’s inherently dealing with uncertainty.”

Both Mr. Cardillo and Mr. Priess said previous presidents received assessments on issues of potentially vital importance even if they had dissents from some analysts or agencies. The dissents, they said, were highlighted for the president to help them understand uncertainties and the analytic process.

  plausible deniability because he didn't personally read the important stuff?... or fake news?  If it's fake news then how come the NSC tweeted that classified information is being leaked?

I agree but also the traditional American values of personal freedom, right to protest, no censorship of the media were a huge disadvantage for the country of this size. This will not win me friends here but China is running much better software for dealing with a pandemic

It appears to be fake intelligence though.  They know Trump doesn't like fake intelligence/news nearly as much as our other Presidents did.

I'm sure it's a credible story that this guy believes Trump should have been briefed, but I'll take the word of the the CIA Director, the National Security Advisor, and the Chief of Staff that he wasn't briefed over the word of some CNN political analyst.
