Gonna Clone it tonight, A TC on here told me that agar shrooms tend to dry out quick, so Im getting her on agar ASAP!

This is a T1 plate. I previously took transfers from it and again today since its shown more rhizo growth.




The response to roger's PE6 plate is making me question wether this may have a mold growing with?

If I have a bunch of (9-month)old colonized agar plates- would whether they fruited or not be an acceptable heuristic for guessing which ones are clean and which ones aren't, or can dirty plates eventually fruit?

Just finally made more agar plates today gonna be doing spores to agar and trying to tissue clone some rusty whyte as well, but was wondering about maybe doing agar to agar from some of my old plates while I was at it, or perhaps snatching the fruits from inside them and trying to clone those.

I’d think dirty plates would especially pin as a desperate attempt to spread their genes
