you don't do google? It's a freakin google link. Any who, yeah it's a stirrer and turns twelve bricks into perfectly mixed coir in a matter of minutes. I do use one.

Lmmfao... oh WOW!

I'm wanting to try rye, but I'm not paying 4Γ— for it... there's a wholesale grain store somewhere near I've been meaning to check out: really boils down to "tractor supply is on the way" ... IMO, and I've only done oats, WBS,  and millet only, grain has more than enough nutrition present for the culture to run it's course and then some... which you pick is going to matter little to the mushrooms (as long as it's properly prepped)  and more a difference for you in the way of procedure and cost...

Edit: this the coir tek though?

Shrinking subs at fruiting has nothing to do with moisture it's all metabolism, your substrate is being eaten not drank.

Given the fruits exponential like growth, and hydraulic ability to lift a sizable substrate when bottom pinning, I’ve always wondered if there’s an actual compressive force exerted by the mycelium as it draws water at a faster and faster rate.

I can't see the verum's original post, but Shroomery code auto-appends Amazon links with their own affiliate code, often something like "shroomery20" or whatever. I've noticed it in several of my posts where I link shit on Amazon. I noticed another poster's was edited to add what I thought was gr0wer's affiliate code, but realized it's another used by Shroomery (theshro-20, I believe). If there was one attached to verum's, it wasn't his doing.

It'a absolutely just part of Shroomery's monetization of the site. Look at my link, it's a straight Amazon URL. But if you hover over it, you can see their affiliate ID appended to the end of it. They'd be stupid not to do that as so many folks link to Amazon on here.

I wouldn't think so since Amazon's payout % is super low and we actively encourage users to only link paid sponsors. But when it's a simple bit of code that doesn't need to be updated or maintained, they'd be fools not to have it in place. Fools, I tell you, cron!

Amazon's affiliate payout is tiered and you get bumped up based on amount of items shipped. Obviously they're going to make more from paid sponsors and direct advertising, but if I were them, I'd isolate smaller, cheap items that folks are likely to buy and advertise them through certain posts and articles on the site. For example, nearly all of us have pressure cookers, but not backup plugs (or the red ones for AA). Them shits are cheap and tons would buy one if actively encouraged. Lots of little cheap shit like that which are more likely buys than WBS and other shit. Get bumped to the higher tier on smaller items and get that pay bump, baby.

Anyway, enough sidetracking this revolutionary and easy-to-read tek. I want that 7 minute abs update next year, Caps. CAP'S INSANELY FAST COIR!
