Man I've had no luck in Sydney this season. Found a tonne of non actives. I've been searching around West Syd and a little up north near Hornsby. No luck.

Went to Melbourne a week ago and found heaps by accident. Their season is going off. Considering growing some cubes but have no experience. Does anyone find buying spore prints online very reliable/trust worthy/good quality?

the shroom has not revealed itself to me either so far this season.
I am not yet worthy and must level up my mystic skills.

But i am kinda digging the outdoorness :-)

Shit AzzA,

Those are some nice spore prints. How do you get them to drop that many? I leave mine for 8-10hrs on aluminium foil and don’t get even close to that many spores

How long does a patch take to fruit again? IIRC I saw that you (Azza) said that it's around 1 to 2 weeks? However since we have had a dry patch of late, is just best to wait until we get another decent amount of rain? Everywhere around me is pretty dry.

Luckily one of my patches seems to have an irrigation system beneath it. I check it most days and have seen a few pins pop out although some also seem to have dried out.

Anyway, I see that there will hopefully be some rain within the next few days.

Just wondering what is the strength of Blue Mountains subs?

I have read they are a lot stronger than Cubensis, I am sure I read that 3.2 grams of subs are equivalent to 5 grams of cubes.

If you take cubes as the base a gentle threshold dose is about 1 gram and a heroic dose is 5 grams. How would people rate Blue Mountains Subaeruginosa's?
I am of course referring to dried and powdered subs.

I realise that there will be a lot of regional variation but I just wanted to know what peoples experiences were.

I have 7 grams and I will be very conservative and take a 1 gram dose but I am interested in other peoples experiences.

Not sure about BM subs DreamWithin, but I ate 3 cracker Newcastle subs last week and was tripping balls for a good 3-4hrs. Was bloody wonderful.
I know they talk about dosage in grams, and a level 4 dose of subs is about 2.27 grams using the calculator on this forum. I was going to go to level 4, but I read the description and freaked out a bit. It was a school night, so I didn’t want to be too fuct for work the next day.
I have heard too that urban subs are stronger than bush/mountain subs.

Hi Shags, when you say three cracker subs was that three super dry subs? Were they very big? Three medium subs would be about a gram from where I am.

Yeah, I meant 3 cracker dry subs, not big at all. 2-3cm diameter caps when wet and about same length for the stem. They were little meaty fuckers. The ones in my previous few posts I’m holding in my hand. Tripping balls I was

Make sure the specimens matured and has darkened gills.
Good way to test if dropping is to lightly rub a fingers knuckle along the gills and if you get material. You can use em.

That sounds about right.
But potency and tolerances make the debates lengthy.
I,e;
Like how Sydney basin subz are better than BM subz..

For a level 2 it requires 0.84 grams and for a level 5 just over 3 grams. That is one strong mushroom.

Do you find there is much difference eating raw mushrooms to dried?
