Hello fam, asking for opinions <3

Hello fam! First time posting in Shroomery =] Guess will just straight into it haha About a month and half ago, had a very intense trip which led me to quitting my job, smoking cannabis & tobacco, leave my relationship, and all my who thought were real friends, essentially was reborn, back to my roots.. Welp two weeks ago took another hefty dose and just purged and purged, guess could say letting my grief out due to traumatic experiences in my past.. well one thing really learned from it was to balance and obviously utilizing what learned from the journey into sobriety without the need of dosing frequently ( also microdose quite frequently) well lately been preparing for another journey but a heavier dose, and just fighting the urge to do it in a sense of still integrating what I have learned from just these recent two experiences, given I've used psychedelics on and off since a teenager, but ever since reading and informing myself on the real benefits of it, it 100% changed how they affect me now... Guess the main question for opinions is, should I still go by my feelings? Or could it possibly be just fear and ego covering up for it, thus further prolonging the bigger dosage? In the end still will be my decision and won't be influenced, but I believe it is constructive to have outsiders opinions whom are on the same mind set possibly, or have surpassed it.. Apologies for the rambling and the ignorance... Thanks... Much love fam..

i mean its great you share your experience but maybe go into furthur detail instead of skimming the surface, you may want to change your water habits while your at it.
