These EU citizens you speak so highly of benefits off third world misery.

Obviously they have moral obligation to take in poverty-stricken human beings. It's very simple.

The only people that benefit from bringing in broke third world migrants into first world nations are The Elite, the rest of the 99% of the population are fucked over in a large variety of reasons.

In EU, many migrants take the jobs Europeans don't want.

If EU citizens want to help third world citizens, the best deal would be assistance from a distance. That doesn't involve inviting third world migrants with no money, education or language ability into their homelands.

Unfortunately, with this absolute crap integration-system I agree with you.

Tribalism is real, but it starts small and then moves outward depending on the environment. This one tribe is hippy pie in the sky, time to get back to reality.

I'm very aware of tribalism, as you can read here (keep reading). One tribe isn't a hippie dream. Psychopath leaders divide us. They're most often if not always right wingers and complete fucking insane.

Donald President IS NOT about one tribe he misguides the pasturage.

We need benevolent leaders.

How many people is the EU obligated to take in according to your rules?  Where do you draw the line?  How low of a standard of living should they endure to make you feel better?

Also. how do EU citizens benefit from third world "misery"?

It's not our leaders that divide us, it's our race, values, culture, tribalism and geography that does it.

There's the real world and there's the fantasy world you want to exist, getting self-righteous on these issues makes you feel better about yourself, but it's not realistic at all.

How many people is the EU obligated to take in according to your rules?  Where do you draw the line?  How low of a standard of living should they endure to make you feel better?

Enough to set the standard for how first world looks after their second and third world sisters and brothers.

Colonialism.

It's not our leaders that divide us, it's our race, values, culture, tribalism and geography that does it.

Uhm, yes it is. The mighty 1%, remember? It's just that the masses are misguided. The masses talks when money talks and who owns the money? :strokebeard:

I'm proclaiming world peace. You're proclaiming tribalism. That's all I see from this dialogue. But keep it coming, I'm learning how to counter tribalism.

So you can't quantify your immigration numbers, just what I thought. Who benefits when you turn Western nations into third world nations? Nobody.

Also, you're NOT proclaiming world peace, you're pushing for conflict and hostility for your own pleasure. When the "diversity" turns into a shitstorm you can go on your idealistic pedestal and start labeling people "racist", while giving yourself a pat on the back.

Tribalism is a part of human nature that's a survival mechanism, you can't intellectualize yourself out of it.

So you can't quantify your immigration numbers, just what I thought. Who benefits when you turn Western nations into third world nations? Nobody.

I never said I could quantify in numbers how many "immigrants" the EU have space for. With the current integration-system, yes the EU will be of poor standard if the mass migration continues. I said previously the current integration-systems are crap. Here in Norway brown people are excluded from their neighbours despite wanting to interract with Norwegiass. How is that for integration?

Also, you're NOT proclaiming world peace, you're pushing for conflict and hostility for your own pleasure. When the "diversity" turns into a shitstorm you can go on your idealistic pedestal and start labeling people "racist", while giving yourself a pat on the back.

qman, you're partly pro-diversity but not wholly. What makes one wholly pro-diversity? I don't think most of us in this forum wants nazis in our diversity.

Basically, you're less pro-diversity than one who is more pro-diversity. That still makes you pro-diversity, in itself.

Say that your neighbour who has a different color on his skin than you saved someone you love or yourself from death, certainly you would be more humble and might tend to lean towards more pro-diversity. Now imagine if you were very pro-diversity, this immigrant might do more to save you. What comes around goes around.

This is peace and oneness.

Tribalism is a part of human nature that's a survival mechanism, you can't intellectualize yourself out of it.

If leaders were very humane and peaceful from day one we would adapt to this new survival mechanism over many years through evolution. But they're not, the typical alpha male is evil beyond doubt.

I get it.  Gamers are infamous for their trash talk and I doubt that every instance of it is genuine.  It’s just codified language and that’s how you all talk.  While I personally wouldn’t participate in that kind of thing at this point in my life, I think younger me would’ve been attracted specifically to that component of gaming.

I still feel like pewdiepie is a guy in his 30s (I think?) who markets to millions of elementary and middle school aged kids- he needs to be more careful about what he’s putting out there, in all manners.  He should cut ties to hate mongers like Shapiro, Peterson, Molyneaux, etc.

You should probably watch at least a few of his videos before saying this.  They’re as tame as you can get.

This is kind of my sentiment
not a Pewdiepie fan, but of his videos have watched content of him playing Dark Souls
and whining about how brutal the game mechanics are
completely non-political videos on a channel famous for videogames not political critiques

if the initial mention of Pewdiepie in had pertained to some sort of anti-Islamic content he recently put out
would be totally inclined to be critical
but what Pewds does on youtube is not generally anti-Islamic or anti-immigrant content, and it is difficult for me to figure out a logical connection of influence

that also plays into my willingness to be somewhat patient with him
when he found out people were harassing Indians in his name, he ticked that off as not cool and sought to raise money for charity in a manner that would also educate his crowd (ie: raising issues to awareness through game streaming)
as previously mentioned, hope he utilizes this atrocity as an opportunity to educate his crowd in a similar manner
but do not personally fault him for not being proactive in doing such -- he's not putting out a bunch of politically/religiously inspired content in the first place

do recognize the potential for criticism that has come up with regards to him being 'associated' with various alt-right speakers through his following list
but am also somewhat critical of how far such a thing should go; does being a media figure necessitate that he shelter his audience from knowledge of what media he may follow

Partly, if the immigrant integration programs all over EU steps up then I'm all for mass migration, keep those lovely and soulful black human beings entering the EU! Now if the immigrant integration is shit like it is today, then I want the EU to send huge amounts of money and workforce to the third world.

But that's not going to happen.

As it looks right now:

American corporations gave a puny $20.8 billion in 2017 to charity (this is not necessarily international affairs), about 1 percent of overall pretax profit. This includes donations of cash and products.

Again the demonizer is the 1%. We both know that.

But, if they object, then that's fine as well.

Object with mass murders and it's fine!? WTF qman!?

Do not really game socially anymore, and have gotten out of trash talk
am also openly critical of non-friend trash talk -- used to play Elder Scrolls Online and was quite vocal in telling the company they should remove the ability for enemies in PvP content to message (and thus taunt/harass) others
it's 'fine' when it is in private; pewdiepie did it with a mic and a videocamera before remembering the mic and video camera were there
my opinion of the situation would even be different if he had made his statement directed to the other player in the game that shot him
rather than as a non-directed expression of frustration

that said,
do trash talk my cat with things like "nigga, what the hell do you want" when he is being obnoxious and meowing
but do not direct that at people, let alone black people,
and that whole subconcious racism testing stuff gives me results of having a positive bias towards black people

Thanks for the knowledge.

Surely survival is a mechanism of evolution like you sai it's a side effect. If there was no survival there would be no evolution? The more people that survive, the longer we probably survive. Having that said, overpopulation could kill us all. Or a gigantic meteor could crash into planet Earth and wipe us all out.

Is that what you mean by evolution being undirected?

I mean that evolution is just randomness playing itself out.  There are selection pressures from the environment, but nobody set the process in motion and there is no goal or purpose in mind.

Intelligent design is the exact same thing but supposing a will that did set the process in motion with a specific goal or purpose in mind.

I must say these are deep words and debunks qman:

Say that your neighbour with different color on her/his skin saved someone you love or yourself from death, certainly you would be more humble and might tend to lean more towards pro-diversity. Now imagine if you were very pro-diversity, this neighbour with different color on her/his skin might do more to save you. What comes around typically comes around.

I say Saalam and sister to the lovely Muslim cashier in my local super market. She told me I give her so much energy. And she does to me as well. My day simply gets better whenever I interract with her because we see through tribalism. Through this interraction she likes Norwegians better and might influence them to like Muslims better. Don't worry qman, she says "Hei!" (Hello) to me as well.

Like I said: what comes around typically goes around.

Noted.

But we don't know if there is a goal or purpose in mind. Things MIGHT not be random. There could very well be a deeper meaning behind everything. I'm not saying this is the ultimate truth but I keep an open mind.

So you acknowledge the existing immigration into the US/EU is a social-economic disaster,

No, I never said it's a social-economic disaster for sure. Like I've pointed out to you several times before. We need to look at this from different angles. Here's one pro-point:

Refugees and migrants searching for safe havens and opportunities benefit their host nations’ economies within five years of arrival, suggests an analysis of 30 years of data from 15 countries in Western Europe.

https://www.politico.eu/article/europe-two-faced-migration-reality-immigration-positives-negatives/

Another pro-point is how immigrants take the jobs EU citizens don't want.

Then we have one anti-point:

The lower class in EU will get poorer as there's more competition for low-paying jobs.

And another anti-point:

Increased migration, will also affect demand for labour due to higher spending in the economy. Immigration increases labour supply – but also increased labour demand. However, particular labour markets may notice lower wages if there is a concentration of immigrants willing to work.

https://www.economicshelp.org/blog/6399/economics/impact-of-immigration-on-uk-economy/

This is the thing qman, you're way too much one-sided on these things and the left-wingers on this forum is also way too much one-sided.

yet you dream of a world where every third world citizen could have a first world standard of living. That basically sums up your outlook.

I dream of a world at peace. To me iPhone, Rolex and Audi R8 means jack shit.

I'm all about empathy and to get there we might need science to find those happy particles in us so we all experience emotional communion. Love each other like sisters and brothers. Planet Earth one giant non-profit charity family organization.

Guess what. I used to be a right-winger when I was about 18 - 19 y/o. I even wrote extremely hateful anti-Islamic messages on youtube.

Fast-forward 5 or 6 years and I was inside a mosque (on my own initiative) debating the agnostic viewpoint with three Muslim brothers. Inside the prayer space. They were preparing for mass.

They were absolutely lovely human beings and so inviting. Sure I got some looks inside the mosque and some of them might have been hateful but overall I felt very welcome.

You should try that qman. It'll give you some real life kick and experience. Be open, brother.

As a white agnostic human being going to the mosque like that is the true psychonaut spirit.

Me thinks I will get zero +1's on this post. Most right wingers and left wingers in here are zombies.

Dark Souls is my common ground with Enlil, this subforum's moderator
he likely knows exactly where in game that sort of transphobic messaging appears when playing online,
whether his world showed up with an "Amazing trap ahead" or a "beware of trap," it likely had over 1000 upvotes -- popular democratic support that kept it visible to as many players as possible
it is just my hope he got a chuckle out of it as I actually did
